Let's see if I can get this shipping changed from Standard Shipping to Next Day. May just be a big waste of time but I called them a few years ago about the 6 preorder process and they gave me free beats so.......
Let's all just take a moment. We are all in the same boat and are just trying to exchange information and knowledge. No need to name call or swear at folks. We are all excited to get our phones, and it sucks to wait. Arguing with each other isn't going to make it easier though. I can't wait to get mine and get ring tones set up, it's the first thing I do. Don't know why.
I just sit back and enjoy my 9/16 delivery date.
Because they all screw you. There's no way to avoid buying from companies that screw you. You'd have to starve in a cave somewhere to avoid it.
I like keeping the default Apple tones for calls, message alerts, etc. Which phone did you end up ordering?
I got the silver 7+ 128gb. I don't mind the stock tones, but I just feel like it's more personalized if I choose my own.
There a chance mines in Harrisburg PA already in there facilty ready to be sent to Lehigh valley pa
Yeah 7+ for me too. I'm still holding out hope it may change at some point but as more time passes realizing it's probably not going to happen.

It's just tiring hearing the same unreasonable complaints over and over.
No one had a gun to their head to hit order if they didnt like the delivery dates, they weren't hidden from anyone; although not ordering one doesnt solve the wait issue either. Or can go wait in line and try to get one Friday or local carrier store. There is no option C here.
There is nothing that can be done, flat out. They cannot get all 5 to 10 million preorders they do over from China and all ready for launch day delivery. The logistics just dont work out. Some people get them the 16th, some the week after, some the week after. MOST estimated dates end up moving up too.
People live in their little forum world and dont realize that for every 1 person posting they got a 16th date there is 5,000 others in the public who got the same. This is a HUGE volume operation here.
I'm just over here in central Ohio, so maybe I could just take a quick drive and check it out.
I won't be surprised if it's delivered around the 21-23. But I'm fine with that date.

I feel you. I got the black 256GB 7 Plus. I was gonna get the 128GB but I figured since I could just go for the 256GB I might as well. 16th delivery?
Going to the store...I tried that last time. I went home empty handed and still had to wait for shipment. I wouldn't go to that mob scene at the store again since it would probably be for nothing.
I get it, and I completely understand what you're saying. Everyone has their own version of patience, and what's acceptable. Mine is the 16th as well, but I know how it feels to wait 3 weeks. The wait was agonizing, especially when I had coworkers that got theirs on launch day, and could shut their show off faces about it. lol
Yes, finally a launch day phone! I've had to wait for 3 weeks the last couple of launches, so I'm pretty excited.
Oh I know I stayed up and ATTs site was so bad it couldnt verify the card and upgrade info until 4:29am, so i got the 23rd to 30th range.
It's just a phone, sure Im not happy about the glitch, but it will come soon and probably earlier at that. And yet Im still saying people need to relax and Im not a "biased 16th person" either. I knew the date range when I hit the purchase button.
The only people with a true gripe are the ones who had dates slip from what was promised when buying (a limited few it is sounding like), and not even yet until they still have no tracking say come Thursday afternoon.
The one benefit of working at UPS is being able to track where exactly my iPhone is once the tracking number comes out and their movement throughout hubs. I have even thought about changing the shipping information to next day.
Same here. Ordered at 3:08am and it said the 16th but when I got the email it said 27-29

iPhone 7 Plus Black 128GB ordered 10 minutes after 9 for me or 12:10am PST. Ordered as soon as the Apple Store App allowed me to since the website didn't work until quarter past.
I got an estimate of Sept. 27-29
Hoping it could still bump up a little sooner but I don't mind waiting a couple of weeks. Looks like considering my location, my estimate is pretty good relatively.
