Of course- this goes towards your monthly bill anyway. I was not fine with my hard-earned cash sitting in EE's bank gathering interest with everyone else's prepayment though
Just asked to speak to the retention team and told them all about this horrible experience full of people spreading misinformation and upgrading you twice to get the credit for it.
P.S They will be compensating me further- once their internal investigation comes to an end.
