So...my saga with EE.... rang yesterday after getting no texts or emails. Apparently the order I placed on Friday (online) was still waiting to be processed! Furious! Had to start from scratch with the upgrade and ordered it yesterday, with a 28 day delivery. I'd love to know why the other 5 times I rang chasing confirmation this week, I was told there's no problem, and the order was definately placed.
So annoyed as I was sim only and had a 04-10 Oct delivery window with Apple direct, which I cancelled as EE promised an earlier delivery.
Now, it's likely I'll be on holiday when the phone arrives so I'll have to try and contact DPD from abroad.
