Mine was moved because when I preordered at the store, the guy told me the expected date was 9/16. However, when the order showed up on my phone, it said 9/27-10/10

Which storage size did you get? Did you do the trade in? What does your expected ship date say?
I ordered my 7 128GB Matte Black on 9/12 with JOD and got charged the same minute and got email item has shipped same day. But on UPS it still only says Label has been created, says it's coming from Louisville, KY which is not far away from me in Cleveland, OH.
There was an error on my account which said I was 314 days late on a payment last October (impossible according to everyone and the payment was on-time) which stopped me from being able to pre-order and 611 wouldn't do anything for me so I went in the store on Monday 9/12 because there computers were down on Sunday here. And within minutes error was solved and I was able to pre-order. The manager at the store and I have friends that work at other stores in this area have said the stores are getting zero in on Friday and that they hope there aren't lines because they will have zero in stock.

Anyone with a business account able to track their order status via T-Mobile? The website doesn't work for me and the app crashes (maybe iOS 10 related?). I have been relying on my conversations via DM with @TMobileHelp for updates. My iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB Black has yet to be shipped. Window is 9/19-9/26.
Not here. My pending charge disappeared from my bank statement but not sure if that means anything yet...
Just received my new case (X-doria defense lux), wasn't sure I'd like it but it's pretty sweet! Now just trying to image my new 7+ inside.
I have a business account...Havent been able to track yet...but I did have my card charged and called and was told it means it did ship they just didn't have any tracking info....but heres a tip if you ordered over the phone you don't need to pay the $20 fee..I just got a credit for $20 for that fee.
I have a business account and am able to see my order online and via the app, but it hasn't moved. Order is in "Order Processing" for a 256GB 7+ Matte Black. Window quoted 9/27-10/24.
Yes don't worry about it. Last year my tracking number didn't update until after I received the phone on launch day!
I second this....For some reason business accounts aren't able to do everything online. When I brought this up to them on Twitter, they waived the $20 charge for upgrade assistance since I kindly pointed out that if their system was built properly I wouldn't have been in need of their assistance and therefore wouldn't be paying the fee.
i pre-ordered 2 phones. iP7+ 128 Jet black and iP7 128 rose gold. however, i get an eat ship date of 9-27 to 10-24. i assumed the 128 rose gold is in the warehouse waiting to be ship but the jet black hasn't arrived and i put the 2 phones in the same order. i DM tmobile via twitter and rep said the warehouse was ready to drop versus a backorder status. Time will fly.
Off topic, but how do guys (and gals) like iOS 10 so far?
My biggest thing is trying to get use to unlocking the phone. My favorite feature so far is the resigned look of the Music app. Much easier trying to get to a playlist I like or artist.

Where did you see the att store launch details? A buddy of mines at work was thinking about going to the store this Friday.
Nada over here. I can't do UPS My Choice either because I am shipping to my work and apparently My Choice doesn't work with business addresses.
Am I alone here in my extreme excitement for the iPhone 7 plus camera??? I'm dying to get my paws on that!
