My my choice app says nothing about a signature needed for my girlfriends phone coming tomorrow. Another package I'm getting tomorrow says signature required in the app. So, no they don't require signature.
lol my best guess right now is the reps get bored and tired of answering the thousands of calls from customers wondering when their iPhone is going to ship and/or demanding special treatment because they've been with t-mobile since it was voicestream or something lol.
My guesses:
1. The reps don't actually know when your phone will ship
2. They don't know whether your phone has shipped or not
3. The orders are probably picked at random (given the way some people ordered this week and still have a tracking number and orders ordered at the strike of midnight and haven't had any status updates)

yeah, i'm not very popular in my family right now. my partners 128gb black matte iPhone 7 plus 9/19-9/26 and are daughters 128gb JB iPhone 7 plus 9/15-9/16 won't be here tomorrow and my 32gb Gold iPhone 7 plus 9/19-9/26 will be...ugh.
"Pluses? In black? Com'on man, they won't sell! We will make 2 of them just in case someone wants one."
I've never had to sign for my iPhones from t-mobile, they just leave it on the porch.
You should probably refuse shipment so they know you love them... otherwise its obvious where your priorities set.
Last two iPhones I've never had T-mobile require a signature. I don't believe things changed this time around.
Directly from Apple, on the other hand, yes they require signatures for everything.

Good thing I'm off work tomorrow to answer my nonexistant doorbell ring while receiving and signing for my invisible matte clear small enough to not feel it big enough to wish you had it iPhone 7 plus.

some VZW people were charged for 32/128 7+ black orders...
Every carrier thought they were getting the 7+ in today but the limited amount mostly went to to Apple. I'm in the 19-26 club so I'm expecting Tues-Wednesday.
I apologize for the information I posted didn't pan out but it sounds like Apple way way short on on expectations for the 7+ in Black and Jet Black. I do know there was a report a month ago that said that the camera modules in the 7+ were in tight supply. Who knows....so my wife get's her 7+ Rose Gold. I get the Iphone 7 32gb black which tmobile botched my order on but I'll use it until my 7+256 arrives...which will probably come on the same day my replacement Note 7 arrives...and my loaner S7 Edge arrives tomorrow, with the iphones.....SMH
