Being processed. Ordered at 11:58PM 9/8 and EIP signed at 12:00AM 9/9. Honestly a little bummed, but at least I'll be one of the first when they are available...
No movement, no charge, order still processing. Ordered it minutes before midnight on 9/8

I would never recommend JOD if you're only planning on upgrading once per year. That completely voids the awesomeness that is JOD. Promos aren't Tmo's deal. That's Apple not offering anything. This year alone, I've got a free Gear VR, free year of Netflix and a free Gear Fit2. Totally awesome.
You don't ever want to pay too much toward one device...you MUST use your 3 (min 2) upgrades per year, for JOD to work like it should. The reason is... you don't want put $300-$400 toward a single device... like if your only getting one iPhone per year. That completely defeats the purpose of JOD.
So yeah, you should absolutely quit it, if that's the case. As for no in-store JOD sales.... that's fine. It's a huge money loss for Tmo...and their in-store employees make commission. So, it's totally understandable they stopped in-store JOD upgrades. I prefer over the phone sales anyway.
I'm just thankful they haven't ended JOD all together. I'm an iPhone user, who also uses Androids. Because I love checking out new techJOD makes that possible.

So for those of you that are expecting your phone to ship out tonight:
I called UPS and was told that you can indeed schedule a Will Call/ hold for pickup at your local customer center (aka the sorting center) for pick up tomorrow.
My card was charged Tuesday, and a shipping label was created Wednesday, but no movement yet. Got the official "your device has shipped" emails from T-Mobile. I believe this indicates that T-Mobile has received the phone and fully expect to see movement tonight. I am hopeful I can pick up the devices tomorrow, but I am 100% confident that Monday will be the latest.

Why would they put it in a bag? Are you saying all T-mobile preordered iPhones won't come in it's original packaging / box?
The 6 and 6+ preorders were shipped out in UPS plastic bags for release day. At least back then they shipped.
I'm kicking myself over that. I thought Jet Black would be the most popular but I guess the matte black is too. I should have went for the silver. I always have them in a case anyway lol. Next time I will go for the least popular color lol.
