Put a letter into the presidents office and a rep will call you. They credited the 40 to my account. The second I told her I was on JOD she said yeah we are working on that. They are saying that charge is for people using telesales when they can use internet ordering, call it a convenience fee. On JOD you don't have choice because the site doesn't let you order. They are aware and are more then happy to remove the amount. My dates stayed the same and they give you direct call back extensions in the event you need to follow up.
