I ordered a gold 128 7 plus on 9/11 and had a ship window of 10/10 to 10/24. The charge is pending and customer service told me it ships Wednesday.
The rep on Tmobile chat told me

I ordered a 128GB + JB on 9/16/2016 in store with a new biz account. Original estimated ship time frame was mid Nov. It is now complete and preparing for shipment. I wouldn't be surprised if it showed up this week. Either way, i’m cool.
You guys need to stop crying. I upgrade annually during launch month. I hardly ever preorder. Its the same **** every year. Shipping times are ALWAY extremely conservative because of impatient buyers. All pizza delivery places do this as well. Its nothing new. So please chill TFO.
