Sorry if I missed it in 406 pages. Has anyone who ordered after a 7 128GB Jet Black after 12AM PDT had their order shipped yet?
 
Put a letter into the presidents office and a rep will call you. They credited the 40 to my account. The second I told her I was on JOD she said yeah we are working on that. They are saying that charge is for people using telesales when they can use internet ordering, call it a convenience fee. On JOD you don't have choice because the site doesn't let you order. They are aware and are more then happy to remove the amount. My dates stayed the same and they give you direct call back extensions in the event you need to follow up. Get that money back!

For getting refunded those "assistance charges" of $20/line, T-Force can do that for you. Just tell them that site was down for you when you tried to do it. No JOD required. I got my $40 back with a one simple message.

When I was trying to pre-order iPhone the midnight it went live, site was getting hammered by traffic and I wasn't able to place the order for over an hour so I called up 611 the next morning. They told me that there would be $20 assitance fee for the upgrade. Is it possible to get that waived?

I received my 7+ (Gold) today, but my card's charge is still not finalized. Anyone had that happen? It was charged last Wednesday, the full amt, and then Saturday the funds were back to showing in my account. Called tmobile and they said if by Friday it's not charged, call them again. So weird. The phone was shipped Friday the 16th and I got it today (yay!).
 
Zero changes from me- Team 9/27-10/10 7 Plus 128GB Matte Black, ordered at around 3 AM PST, shipping still on UPS after being on Next Day Expedited. Still hoping my prediction is somewhat accurate.
 
Just talked to rep on twitter in messages. They admitted their systems mixed up the order of all pre orders. But basically said "this is the result." So basically they screwed up and we all who have mixed up shipping dates just have to wait until they happen to ship.

Man ive never actually had so much fun and laughed at forums in my life. You guys are hilarious team jetblack here with oct 25 delivery date still waiting. The best come last boys
