I got charged last Saturday but no tracking info. In my case I don't have any hope of getting one since my shipping is for 10/3 - 10/17.
 
Had another discussion with executive level at T-Mobile and they stated there are just no black iPhone 7+ In stock. They said Apple keeps shipping everything except MB and Jet black, they said they are trying to work with Apple on Apple providing the orders that T-Mobile ordered. They said that my MB 7+ is one of the first orders for the 9/27 - 10/10 group but unfortunately they think those shipping dates are accurate and they highly doubt that I will receive my phone any earlier. At this point they are saying it will ship 9/27 and I should have the following day. I am hoping it still comes in quicker but I am not holding my breath. :(

I hope its accurate! I'd really like to have my phone before the 30th.

This is the same BS from the Space Grey 6 Plus release all over again. This is not Tmobile's fault. It's Apple. Tmobile actually credited my account $100 for the long wait I had to endure for the Space Grey 6 Plus 64GB. I waited 2 months and no phones. It seems like Apple doesn't like Tmobile. After 2 months and constantly checking Apple inventory and seeing multiple Space Grey 6 Pluses in stock for ATT, Sprint, and Verizon, I decided to purchase a Verizon 128GB Space Grey 6 Plus.

During that 2 months, I was close to purchasing a Note 4 on multiple occasions. I love Apple products, but I also love all gadgets in general. I really don't mind going back to Android again and I'm glad iOS has competition. Just imagine if iPhones were the only smartphones available.

People, stop blaming Tmobile! They know as much as Apple tells them. It's obvious Apple prioritizes the inventory for themselves, Verizon, and ATT respectively. I feel bad for all the Tmobile reps that have to answer "Where is my 7 plus" calls, emails, tweets, etc.

The Note 7 is a very nice phone and if it goes back on sale before my black 256 7 Plus gets charged, I'm moving back to Android. My estimated to ship is 9/19 to 9/26 and as of right now, I do not expect to get my phone until early October. This date means nothing. The 6+ had estimated to ship dates constantly changing almost every week.

Howd you get such an awful ship date if you called right after midnight? My 7+ 128gb MB order was placed at 12:28am (or so the order says) and o got a 9/19 date

I read an article today though that said Samsung pushed re-release date of Note 7 back to Oct 21, thought this Wed was going to be the day originally.
 
Just spoke to a T-Mobile rep she said that my phone will ship to me in the next 2-3 days. Says its processing for shipping and that a lot of the phones are shipping out earlier then the actual dates. She also says that the T-Mobile site takes 2-3 days to update also.

Because some db named Allen or Edgar messed my order up. T-Mobile has the stance that they can't fix it.

Just spoke to a T-Mobile rep she said that the people always contacting them via chat or phone won't get their iPhones and will go in back of the line cause they're getting annoyed from the same people getting told every 10 minutes if their iPhones have shipped yet.

That would require a level of efficiency and technology they simply couldn't handle. Lol

Nothing towards you but i would believe that theory if more reps say that.
