Seems like TMO isn't honoring the preorder process. I have a 128GB 7+ in JB that is still processing & I completed my order at 3:01am EST.
For those looking for extra confirmation, I bought a Sprint 7+ yesterday and it worked without issue. The store was trying to convince me that it wouldn't work. I didn't let them activate it and I didn't turn it on until my sim was in it.
This is ********. I'm in the 9/27-10/24 and I have no movement. It's utterly garbage.
I'm betting you'll see a charge around 3:30 ET today. That's when they all happened yesterday
Like I said yesterday and I wll say it again.... charges happen at 3:00 eastern. FFS
But for some reason they skipped to 11/1-11/30 dates. That's BS. Adding this to my thread on Art's DM. Completed order before you, should receive shipping before. That's what "first come first serve" means.
If I don't get my 7+ JB by Monday, then I'll get upset and contact customer service. Until then, I'm waiting like a duck!

My order was prioritized because the first time I ordered it didn't go through. The second time, the rep messed up not only the billing info, and the shipping address, but also the name, and added extra items to the order that I didn't ask for. It took me about 15 emails and about 6 hours on the phone to get sorted out, so they prioritized as compensation.
So since my shipment is not due till November I figured I'd occupy my time looking to purchase a case for my iPhone 7 Plus Jet Black 128GB model.
Could anyone here suggest a good clear case for it? I'm looking for something sleek, but with a decent amount of protection and that won't yellow over time. I'm not sure how clear these cases are from the few I've looked at online, but it would be nice to have one that's clear enough to see the detail on the back of the Jet Black iPhone. Thanks!

While everyone's getting charged for the 9/16 -9/26 eta dates. I have not yet been charged... Jet black 256gb which I've seen no one's got either or model.
Monday or Tuesday that is correct.. or Wednesday if charged after 2pm PST or 5pm EST
So guys, office of the President finally contacted me and I have some info maybe you'd like to know: they will be getting several shipments over the weekend so if you were not charged yesterday don't expect to see your phone until after Monday. Lots of Monday and Tuesday charges to happen, so for the people with 9/27 - 10/10 ranges, set your expectation for a Wednesday delivery.
Not a lot we didn't already know or suspected but at least I heard it from the executive team. They also gave me a whole month of free services and waived my "installation" fees (which i was not aware of and can someone explain those to me pls?)

Yes, because they messed it up so many times. I don't know why you're so mad, I woke up at 2AMCT to get my order in 9/9. It's not like I'm cheating or something. I would have had my order in at 2:01 if the website worked. Or at 3AM if the first lady had submitted it right. Or I'd have the same time frame as you if even the third order had been correct...
Where did you hear this from? I haven't seen anyone with a MB 128GB Plus model ship. I also have that model and date with no progress.
