I got the shaft yesterday... I saw a report stating T-Mobile's trade in offer for iPhone 6 / 6s will end this Sunday 9/25/16. So I was just double checking because I had a weird feeling I wasnt setup to receive this offer. First give away was that when I tried to track my order online it didnt have any information or wouldnt populate. Second was I still technically had the Note 7 when I preordered the iPhone 7+. So they automatically assumed I would be returning the Note 7 and upgrading to the iPhone 7+. Which is true but I had an iPhone 6+ that is unlocked / out of contract. So since I didnt specify online I wasnt setup for the offer. So long story short, I had to cancel my preorder for my iPhone 7+ 256GB Matte Black that I preordered on 9/9/16 and had a ship date range of 9/19/16 - 9/26/16 3 days away from my ship date

What the ****. I did everything I could to get them to fix this without cancelling but no luck. The stinking LIVE CHAT person was wrong they didnt look into my account enough to see what was going on and I had a gut feeling things werent the way they should have been and I should have done this 10 days ago.
