Also you don't get charged for "phone ordering" if your a JOD you shouldn't be getting the 20 dollar charge. If your a jump then you will get the charge.
 
My order was prioritized because the first time I ordered it didn't go through. The second time, the rep messed up not only the billing info, and the shipping address, but also the name, and added extra items to the order that I didn't ask for. It took me about 15 emails and about 6 hours on the phone to get sorted out, so they prioritized as compensation.

it seems they do that a lot, they did that to both of my orders. the first one arrived ok, and hoping the second one arrives ok, considering the address difference isn't that big.
 
First post in this thread. Waiting for the charge to be attempted. Since I placed the pre-order my bank decided to replace the card as apparently the number had been stolen from a merchant (happens from time to time I guess). I've been told they cannot change the credit card information until a charge has been attempted and failed. Waiting for that to happen. I see a lot of posts about 7+, but not that many for iPhone 7 128GB Jet Black. Does anyone have any idea how much progress T-Mobile is making with this color/phone combination. Thanks.

Right???? OVER IT. Been reassured it's first come first serve, I can tell you it likely isn't.
You can sit here on the forums and cry about it or you can complain to someone who can make a difference.

I had to email executives because of how many times my stuff was messed up. 3 times in a row. With an extra $100 of charges for stuff I didn't want to buy. It's not like they just plucked my name out of a hat to be nice to. I had to send tons of emails and spent about 6 hours on the phone between plenty of people just trying to even get my $1,000 phone shipped to the right place.

Why do you deserve an early ship date when you didn't have to jump through and hoops and hurdles..? It's not like I wanted to spend hours each and every single day trying to figure out if my device will get shipped to BFE. Or if I should just bend over and accept the fact that the rep who took my order also added on $100 worth of additional crap that he didn't tell me about and that I didn't ask for... which is illegal.

I asked for launch day release as compensation when they offered credits. They said ya, sure. I didn't get it launch day. I'm not even going to get it a week after launch day. So accept the fact that you are dealing with less trouble and get the phone later. BTW, you'll probably get charged today and get the phone on Monday just like I will.

I got the shaft yesterday... I saw a report stating T-Mobile's trade in offer for iPhone 6 / 6s will end this Sunday 9/25/16. So I was just double checking because I had a weird feeling I wasnt setup to receive this offer. First give away was that when I tried to track my order online it didnt have any information or wouldnt populate. Second was I still technically had the Note 7 when I preordered the iPhone 7+. So they automatically assumed I would be returning the Note 7 and upgrading to the iPhone 7+. Which is true but I had an iPhone 6+ that is unlocked / out of contract. So since I didnt specify online I wasnt setup for the offer. So long story short, I had to cancel my preorder for my iPhone 7+ 256GB Matte Black that I preordered on 9/9/16 and had a ship date range of 9/19/16 - 9/26/16 3 days away from my ship date :( What the ****. I did everything I could to get them to fix this without cancelling but no luck. The stinking LIVE CHAT person was wrong they didnt look into my account enough to see what was going on and I had a gut feeling things werent the way they should have been and I should have done this 10 days ago. When I first chatted with support.

See ya guys next year because I wont get my phone till 10/18/16 - 11/1/16.

I was in the same situation! Preordered online on launch night, had a shipping date of 09/19 - 09/26 for 7+ 32Gb but couldn't see the trade in offer for my current iphone 6. Went on 09/10 to a tmobile store where they had to cancel my online order to fix the issue pushing my delivery date to 11/01-11/30. On top of that they charged me 20$ activation fees .. but an online rep credited my bill by 20$. At least I know I will get the phone for almost "free" which is a great deal, but I just have to be patient.
 
To clarify, a lot of us with ship dates starting on the 27th are complaining because there are people who ordered after we attempted to and are getting earlier dates/charges. We have to wait longer because of messed up systems and unreliable reps, and that's what angers me. If I myself waiting until 20 min after orders started to place my order I would not complain whatsoever because I would understand that I ordered later and my estimated dates are later because of that. Also irritating that we have an St image for an entire MONTH when everyone else seems to have about a week between dates. Also, it's everything not just me, there are so many people who DO have the first shipping dates and called in before others who have their phones or charges, and the ones who ordered first do not! This whole thing is just awful. Enough complaining, I'll just be switching to see when charges are coming through for everyone, and I hope that everyone who hasn't gotten their charge gets it very soon :)

Not at all. See like i owe $272.74. Im just trying to understand so i can make sure i have enough funds in my account thats all since they seems to not be pulling out what is in the order total.

Found a 256 MB at a middle of nowhere Tmobile store this morning. Cancelled my jet black, over the waiting. Enjoying my iPhone 7 right now. See ya...
 
I preordered at 12:04 am and got a ship date of 9/19-9/26. I got my order in before their computers starting crashing. My fiance got his order in a 4 am due to their computers crashing. He got his phone on the Friday release day and I have been waiting. I was supposed to go out of town yesterday for work but figure if it comes today it would be alright that I leave a little late. So my 7 + 32G matte black finally has a ready for ups shipping status as of yesterday at 5 am but the email wasn't sent until yesterday evening. It doesn't say out for delivery so I am guessing that means it won't come until Monday? Has anyone heard of UPS not updating their shipping process. Just don't know if I should wait for it today or not.
