So since my shipment is not due till November I figured I'd occupy my time looking to purchase a case for my iPhone 7 Plus Jet Black 128GB model.

Could anyone here suggest a good clear case for it? I'm looking for something sleek, but with a decent amount of protection and that won't yellow over time. I'm not sure how clear these cases are from the few I've looked at online, but it would be nice to have one that's clear enough to see the detail on the back of the Jet Black iPhone. Thanks!

Hello All,

I bought the iphone 7(T-mobile compatible) paying in full. Does that make it an unlocked phone? Can i use any GSM MVNO that T Mobile supports or do i have to get it unlocked first?

Yes, because they messed it up so many times. I don't know why you're so mad, I woke up at 2AMCT to get my order in 9/9. It's not like I'm cheating or something. I would have had my order in at 2:01 if the website worked. Or at 3AM if the first lady had submitted it right. Or I'd have the same time frame as you if even the third order had been correct...

I didn't have the numerous failed order attempts, I only had the one that pushed me so far out. I'm perturbed that my call with the executive office ended with him upselling me on the benefits of JOD versus Jump! This is after I had just finished saying that I was not seeing a true benefit with T-Mobile's Jump program or benefits. Seriously? At this point, I'm just flustered with their customer service. I wasn't asking them to ship me a phone right this second. I just wanted someone to apologize for the issues. Something. Anything.
 
Mine was received by UPS last night at 11:36pm..... it is on the truck for delivery today. You need to stop quoting this article. All of us ordered our phones before 2 pm yesterday. That article applies to orders placed day of. It has been proven wrong in the preorder process several times....

Seems only some. others are still waiting 2-3 days after getting shipping info before an origin scan happens.
 
This is ********. I'm in the 9/27-10/24 and I have no movement. It's utterly garbage.
I feel you, man. I am in the exact same position as you. Same estimated dates which is just awesome having a full month...I called right at 3am ET, but rep didn't know what he was doing or something and didn't go through for twenty min. I got excited when the charges for JB+128s started yesterday and then just got really frustrated when I realized it wasn't happening. I honestly see us waiting another week. Take my money! It's annoying that they're only charging for like one hour each day and it's literally one specific model too..I know, I know...whiny but this whole thing is just annoying. I am leaving my state for a week next Friday, so I am just pleading to get it before then...for that to happen we'd both have to see our charges by Tuesday since we have the same dates. Crossing my fingers for all of us, especially you and me!!

Looks like we would have been better off ordering, having it ****ed up, and getting it prioritized lol. Could have gotten up at 9am and did that. Hopefully next year we can order on apples website for AUP and not in store, so I can deal with a company that isn't inept with handling orders.

Yeah, believe me, this hasn't been a smooth ordering process for me either, I've had terrible customer service from everyone except one Senior Vice President. Everyone else has either promised things that weren't fulfilled or argued in circles with me about what can and can't be changed and why. It's pretty frustrating. I just want my phone :|

EDIT - I haven't even been charged yet, even with the massive wave yesterday. I find it hard to believe EVERYONE had ordered BEFORE me.

Looks like it was ordered over the phone or in person. They charge a $20 fee which can get credited back to your account if you ask.

Who did you ask? I had no luck. They told me to "balance it out" with T-Mobile Tuesday freebies!

Where did you hear this from? I haven't seen anyone with a MB 128GB Plus model ship. I also have that model and date with no progress.

I saw at least two people who had their orders charged yesterday who said the Executive Response team are the ones that placed their order. Guess I'll send John an email next year asking him to let me preorder.

It's not so much as why I haven't received my phone yet even though my delivery date is later but more so as how did someone with much later delivery window than me received the phone and not me. Considering T-Mobile now seems to be doing fine with the inventory.

Except you're not the only one that had issues ordering. It took me nearly 2 hours to complete a second order after placing the first one at 3:01am EST because of all the issues and my order wasn't prioritized.
