Glad I skipped the whole pre-order thing. Walked in today at local Verizon store in SoCal (Irvine) and 20 mins later walked out with a 128 GB Matte Black that I was set on either way. Got the $400 credit for turning in my 4 year old iPhone 5.

If you have a store close by, suggest checking with them if they have stock..

Just thought I'd chime in again. Both the pre-order site and the the page for My Orders on Verizon's site say "We received your order and it is in process." Estimated shipping date on My Orders page and since I decided to *611, estimated ship date of 9/28. JB 7+ 256 GB pre-ordered about 3:34 am on 9/9. I don't remember having to wait this long for a phone. Last time for me was the silver iPhone 6 16 GB. So by comparison between then and now I'm getting a little antsy. lol

I got same exact phone and I ordered at 3:35am one min after you lol

My Wife and I just left Sprint for Verizon, and we're now paying $130 before tax for 16gb of data and unlimited everything else. Should be around $150 a month for the 2 of us.

Awesome! That's still a little steep, but definitely a good deal, consider VZW's service.

I noticed Sprint has 6 GB for $32/line... Thinking seriously about that, though don't know how Sprint's service is in Chicago!

I guess i'm on the same boat too. Pre-ordered the Matte Black iPhone 7+ 128 on Verizon with an expected ship date for the 9/23. Still not charge on my CC or no new updates as of yet.

Still no progress on my order placed 16 minutes after launch, 128+ MB and a 128 MB. I'll never order 2 phones on the same order again, although I fail to understand why doing so would cause such a delay. Still 9/23 and processing.

I have a feeling we may see some activity next week for late September delivery. I don't believe that 10/5 ship date...

I placed my 3rd order just now (9/18) via the app- this time for 7 Matte Black 128 gb. Expected ship date is 9/28.

The 1st order I placed is for 7 Plus Gold 256gb on 9/19 at 9:26 am ET. Expected delivery date was 9/28 . Actual delivery date will be 9/20.

The 2nd order is for 7 Matte Black 128gb, placed on 9/11. Expected delivery date was 9/23. It's actually been shipped and will be delivered on 9/20, same as 1st order. (They are coming from two locations, TN & PA).

There's hope for those with later dates. I believe they will ship sooner. Just be patient. I wasn't expecting delivery this upcoming week but I got the surprise notifications Friday evening. Good luck to all.

T-Mobile posted a listing of all the shipping estimates for the various colors and sizes. It isn't Verizon, but I'm sure the demand for the different models is fairly similar.

So, my local Apple Store has 128 and 256 variants of the Plus in Black.

Anyone know the pluses or minuses of this vs the Verizon DPP? I was able to use the Matte Black version yesterday and while I like the finish of the Jet Black more, I don't think I can not put it in a case. So it'll be covered up anyway.

Would I have to sell my 6S+ on my own and then just pay Verizon off? Or do I trade this in to Apple?

Also, since the IUP includes AppleCare+, I would be able to cancel insurance through Verizon. The only thing AppleCare+ doesn't cover is theft or loss.

My confirmation email from 9:06 am Eastern shows 9/28 ship date. Nothing's changed at all for me yet either. I got a 128 + RG, and a 128+ MB.

I got the same two phones and got my confirmation email about six hours before you and I have not received any information either. I am also waiting on a 256 GB iPhone 7+ In Matte black and I'm afraid that is what is holding up my order
