Wow, you ordered on the 17th and got charged already? With an original shipping date of 9/28? I thought about cancelling my JB order for a matte black and was told by a Verizon rep that it would push it to late October...
Picking up my 7+ 128GB Jet Black at the local UPS customer center tomorrow.

When did you order? I have a 9/9 2:06am CST confirmation email for the same phone and a due date of 9/23.
Almost just had a heart attack with Verizon
For some reason both of my orders with est 9/23 had failed payments. I was able to update one however the other wasn't working and completely was deleted from Verizon. After a 40 minute call the internet sales team was able to locate the order and correct he charges. Both are now processing payments on my debit card and should be shipped soon. The debit card says NJ so it's 2 states away from me. Hopefully I'll see them or at least one of them in the next 3 days. I'm glad they were able to correct it for me.

My 128 + MB was shipped today. Will arrive this Wednesday (day after tommorow). I ordered 2:48 am CST on 09/09.

My order is a complete mess. Last night I discovered my order was canceled via automated system. Spoke to a customer service representative which contacted the Verizon store I pre-ordered my phones from… Which was closed.
The store system canceled my order for some unexplained reason. Account is current , info correct etc. My original order date was for October 5 now moved to November 2. They are working on getting my original place in line .
Still showing two orders in the system.
