Mine has been in shipment since Sunday and I still do not have a Scheduled Delivery date, in fact if I track the package it shows it is in my city, but doesn't say out for delivery. Wish I knew what was going on.
If you post that you got charged, or got shipped, it helps nobody unless you post the phone model, color, size too. It's really useless to everyone else unless they can see how it ought affect their own order.

Ordered 2 128GB MB 7+ on 9/9 at 7:30am EST. Charged last night. Still no tracking # per MyVerizon Order page.
It can take about 12 hrs before tracking info is available... but if you draw the short straw on UPS their system is not updating very quickly and it can take another 12 hrs before it works.
Which URL are you seeing this disappear from?? The link in your confirmation email or the preorder.verizonwireless.com??
Seeing a trend here. I too ordered a 128gb 7+ JB and my date disappeared as well.
Yep. Definitely a trend. Same phone, same ship date, same missing info.
I am in the same boat as you except one of mine was a rose gold. Otherwise identical order and time is close (8:18).
From what I understand according to what I have read here and in the terms, the key factor to getting the credit is to sign up for the payment plan **through Verizon** and once your new phone is activated you can trade your old phone in for the credit. https://www.verizonwireless.com/landingpages/iphone/#trade-in
I purchased a new phone through Verizon on the payment plan and did not sign up for the trade in at that time, but according to the terms and a rep I spoke to, once I have activated my new phone there will be an option to trade it in under the My Account area.
I would confirm that you can purchase the phone from the Apple store on the Verizon payment plan, but as long as you can do that you should still be eligible for the rebate. Try asking a different rep and you will probably get a different answer. I would definitely wait to cancel the Verizon order until phone is in hand with Verizon payments.
Ditto. 7+ JB 128gb -- 9/23 on the "My Orders" page until yesterday, date has now disappeared.
However, the click-through link from the Confirmation email (3:20am Eastern time, by the way) still says 9/23.
Did you get charged last night too?
EDIT: And I assume you also had a 9/23 ship date?
Ordered a 256gb Jet Black iPhone 7+ from Verizon at 3:16am on 9/9 (16 mins after preorder launch). Order confirmation at 3:22am. Ship date has been stuck on 9/28 ever since. No movement. No changes. No CC charges. Nothing.
I'm getting frustrated. I've been checking Apple Store stock every night at 12:01am too, and there are typically zero 256gb Jet Black 7+'s anywhere in the country at Apple retail stores. Has *anyone* seen movement on these?

It SHOULD be Thursday. Mine shows that it shipped out on Sunday, but since Sunday doesn't count, it is considered shipped on Monday (and that is when the first origin scan was), and I am supposed to be getting it today. If for some reason I don't I will update you. After contacting Verizon and asking why I didn't receive 2 day shipping as promised.
No movement here. Called VZW out of paranoia after reading about some cancellations, but she assured me it was still in process. I ordered a Jet Black 128 7 on 9/9 about 20 minutes after preorders opened. (Had to order my Watch 2 first, which i got on launch day and love!)
Technically, yes. You should get it on Thursday. If it's UPS, that's typically how their 2-day shipping works.
No joke I ordered the same exact phone as you at the SAME exact time and got a ship date of 10/5. Consider yourself lucky

Ship date disappeared for me yesterday for a bit but came back within a few minutes. Today it has disappeared for about an hour and a half and still hasn't come back. Also when I click the check my order status link from my initial e-mail I get a strange order status page that lists all my recent orders instead of just taking me straight to the status like it did yesterday.
I'm not getting my hopes up yet as it's probably a glitch, but who knows?
