Carrier iPhone 7/7+ Verizon Pre-Order Thread

Just an update. I received my 7+ 32GB Matte Black yesterday 9/20.
I originally ordered 9/9 at 7 AM ET and had a deliver date of 9/28.

I ordered a 7+ jet black 128gb at 2:15 CST on 9/9/16 confirmation email said it should arrive on 10/05/16. A few days later the check status from the email revealed a ship date of 9/23/16. It has stayed the same both on Verizon website under my orders and checking through the email until this morning. All ship and delivery information is gone. I called 611 and they confirmed that it will still ship on 9/23/16, and my cc should be charged tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

No joke I ordered the same exact phone as you at the SAME exact time and got a ship date of 10/5. Consider yourself lucky

My guess, based on this thread, is that these ship dates are pretty arbitrary and we'll end up getting them around the same time. When that time actually is, though... well, who knows...

Quick PSA. I spoke with a buddy that works at UPS and he said that the Est. Ship Date only shows for tracking if the shipper uploads the billing information which it looks like VZW failed to do. He said that if the tracking information shows the "Departure Scan" in your city before 10AM local it should be on the truck for delivery even if the tracking doesn't reflect that.

Based on this thread, I should've ordered any variation other than 256 JB 7+. I've seen movement on literally every other type. Kind of wishing I ordered the MB instead.

I'm at&t, but similar situation. Ordered 256gb 7 Plus in Silver on Fri, Sep 9, 2016 at 3:36 AM (EDT).

Looks like my phone went from Korea, to Louisville, KY, then back overseas to Hong Kong. LOL I'm assuming there's a delay in updating records OR they're messages up with the time zones.

Either way, this is my following this thread.

10/5 plus silver 256gb

Ship date disappeared for me yesterday for a bit but came back within a few minutes. Today it has disappeared for about an hour and a half and still hasn't come back. Also when I click the check my order status link from my initial e-mail I get a strange order status page that lists all my recent orders instead of just taking me straight to the status like it did yesterday.

I'm not getting my hopes up yet as it's probably a glitch, but who knows?

Mine is acting strangely too. I click the status update link on the confirmation email and it takes me to the Check Order Status screen but asks for my confirmation #. It was doing that yesterday.

Just posting my status to illustrate how wacky these estimated ship dates really are.

I ordered 2 phones on Monday at a Verizon store, on separate orders because they're going to different addresses.

7, rose gold, 128gb = est ship date 10/5
7, matte black, 32gb = est ship date 10/12

My card was charged last night and the matte black shipped today, delivery set for Friday. The rose gold is "processing".

I received the box to mail in my old phone. I haven't mailed it in yet but wanted to make sure it wouldn't delay my new one. My date is 10/12 so I definitely don't want to delay it anymore. Lol

Check the terms because Verizon gives you 30 days from the time you receive your NEW phone to ship back the old one. They would not make you give up your phone until you have the new one.

I ordered 128gb JB+ and 128gb Silver+. My email is acting strange, but when I type in my confirmation # it still shows expected ship date is 9/28.

preorder.verizonwireless.com, it will give you the option to cancel if your phone has not shipped.

Some of us get no results from that page. I'm thinking some areas may not use that page for order tracking. I remember from previous years at least that east and west coast Verizon have different systems

Alright guys.. So i preorder my 7+ JB 128G on 9/9 at about 3:28am EST, after not being able to get on.. My date was originally 10/5 delivery by, now MyVerizon says EST SHIPPING 10/12. I contacted chat this morning and she said that I will receive it by the date in the confirmation email. So if yours got pushed back, it will most likely still arrive when it was originally supposed to.. BUT my shipping date isn't blank, and it never has been.

So frustrating. Feels like theres no JBs anywhere..

That's strange. Is your phone completely paid off? I on the Edge payment program and they normally ship your new phone out to you with the label to return the old one. They know you will be without a phone until the new one comes, which I'm sure they don't want you to be without.

I'm not on the Edge program. I am on the old grandfathered in program where I can upgrade at a discounted price still. I am using an old phone so I can send my 6 plus in for credit.
