What's the easiest way to cancel my order with Verizon? (Being on the phone with them makes me want to stab myself.) I plan to buy from Apple, but have to clear that line first.
Also, when I turn in my 6+ To Verizon for the $650 promo, do I just remove the SIM card and hand over the phone?

Me too I order Silver+ and husband got JB+. I will for sure be ordering separately next year.
Same thing recvd email conf at 12:19am was showing 10/5 now showing 10/26 looks like will be one of the last people on this cause I'm sure everyone else will have gotten their phones

My date has never shown on that section of the website. I only see the date if i am logged out of my account and go to order status.
Ordered the same one 9/14 at 7:30am CST. Date disappeared earlier today for a while but is back, still 10/5. No CC charge or movement.

I ordered a 7+ MB 128 and 7+ Gold 128. Ordered 9/9 with 3:21am EST confirmation. Always had 9/28 ship by date. Never changes. When do you guys think I'll see movement.
I have the exact same details except my order was five minutes later at 3:26AM. No movement here either - starting to consider through Apple but don't want to lose the trade-in value with Verizon.
This image is the one I'm getting when I click the link in my order confirmation email. Before, it didn't show this much detail (Product names, image of ordered product, etc) but my MyVerizon Order Status page has a missing date as well. *611 is still telling me a ship by date of 10/5

Well, tbh, we have seen some people with later orders already charged or receive shipping notices or far closer ship dates, so of course the hope is high amongst us to get earlier dates. We've seen some people go fron 9/28 to 9/23 or already charged/shipped as well
