FWIW- I never used to have problems on my 6s in my 2016 Honda Fit, but after I'd upgraded to iOS 9.3, my connectivity issues began.

Iphone 7+ (2 days now) Kia soul - bt pairs a couple of times then can't connect until I reset it up / pair it again - never had this problem with my iPhone 6 - both are ios10.1 PB

Bumping this thread...2013 Gmc Acadia. Had no issues pairing with 6/ios10. Upgaded to 7+ and get error message that pairing was unsuccessful. The phone recognizes the car on Bluetooth device list

What's funny to me is that I was able to pair with a $10 desktop speaker with no problem. Lol.

Anyone with same problem in Acadia or a workaround yet?

Hello,

Just wanted to reach out and see if any of you have been experiencing bluetooth connectivity issues between your new iPhone 7/+ and your cars bluetooth system?

I got my iPhone 7 yesterday and noticed right away the bluetooth audio steam and call system freezes and does not work. I read up on the issue and seems to be a problem across a few different car brands.

Basically with BMW Connected system. The phone will pair. Stream music for 5-10 seconds then the system freezes. Bluetooth calls don't work and the phone needs to be restarted to free up, only to have the problem happen again once it connects.

Anyone else having similar issues. Across any other car brands?

I'm hoping its an iOS problem. My iPhone 6 worked perfect. Then iPhone 7 with 10.0.1 came. Bluetooth brick now.

[doublepost=1475520202][/doublepost]I have issues now with iPhone 7 staying connected to my 2009 Audi A4. It will connect automatically but after about 15-20 minutes it just disconnects. Any others with those issues?

No streaming issues with my iPhone 7. I have the Lexus Enform app installed on my phone.

I have no problem with my Subaru. I do not have to pair it every time I do have to select it from the list and it connects. Once connected turn by turn voice directions, steaming audio and calls work without any issue.

[doublepost=1475550724][/doublepost]I have a 2015 MB C300. I'm experiencing a similar issue as well. My car will keep a connection for a few hours and then it stops. I reset the phone and it comes back for a short period, but then freezes up again and again. Very disappointing!

Turns out mine was user error. I needed to pair it as a new phone, not just pair it as an audio device. Works great now.

[doublepost=1475629030][/doublepost]I received my iPhone 7 Plus yesterday and paired it with all my bluetooth devices. Got in my car this morning and that's when I experienced the same problem. My car is a 2016 BMW 340i and the software is up to date.
Hopefully Apple and/or BMW will come up with a fix soon. Till then, I'll just plug it in.

Figured out a issue I was having with a iPhone 7 plus on a aftermarket Alpine deck. Essentially my Alpine device list was full but what's strange is that my wife's iPhone 6S produced the full message on the Alpine. My 7 Plus would connect and pair but when turning off the truck it would forget the pairing.
The fix was to delete all the pairings and start over. It actually worked!!

My 7+ pairs up every time with my '11 Tundra, but the sound constantly cuts in and out. It doesn't unpair or disconnect, just cuts in and out. Was really hoping 10.2 would fix this....

I paired my phone as a new phone, but still having the issue. The phone connects when I turn in the car then after varying periods of time the audio streaming pauses or the phone is no longer detected. I'm at my wits end as I've tried everything including hard booting the phone.

I am having issues with my 2016 Chevrolet Malibu with CarPlay. It takes several tries to connect (I have to unplug the USB or turn off bluetooth) and once it does connect it's sluggish. For instance Siri can be non responsive and skipping songs almost never works properly. I can press the skip button and 30 seconds or a min pass before it actually skips.
Yes I've had similar issues with my 2015 MB C300. Phone connects, plays music for a while and then the audio streaming is paused. Very frustrating...

2016 Mustang GT with Sync 3 having these awful Bluetooth issues with my iPhone 7 Plus running 10.0.2. Disconnects from Bluetooth and cannot reconnect without pulling the car battery... like really? Same car, no issues with iPhone 6s Plus running iOS 10 beta for months.

The only way this gets fixed quickly is if each and every person experiencing Bluetooth issues contacts AppleCare, opens a support case, and does all the troubleshooting and debugging the tech asks for.

Beta 3 did not fix my issue. 2015 Ford Escape, Sync w/MFT v3.8, iPhone 7 Plus.
Audio starts skipping, stuttering, and speeding up after about 15-30 minutes of playback.
Same here. It's better than 10.0.2 for me at least because it would cut off completely.

Now since the 10.1 beta it stays connected, but does speed up here and there.
