I am pretty sure a new iOS release will come this thursday which will address this issue among other things.

I received a phone call from Apples Executive relations office after emailing tim cook and he said he would follow up with me on Thursday after some input from engineering, seems to me the new iOS is dropping that day and he wants to call me to have me install it and go from there.

That would be great if a fix comes tomorrow but the beta hasn't been baking long.

So almost four weeks since launch and no true resolution. Anyone getting worried about this?
Yeah, enough is enough already. Nothing adds up here. Not all phones are effected, the last betas work for some and not others, replacement phones work for some, somethings a bit odd here to say the least.

So I put the public beta 3 on my phone again, didn't have any LTE drops and my bluetooth didn't have any issues! I told one of my friends to try it since he drives around for a living. It would be interesting to see what he reports back.

Any word back yet from Apple?

A friend with VZW upgraded from a 6s (it was still on 9.2.5) to a regular iPhone 7 is experience really low signal strength where he used to have a strong signal and sometimes no service occasionally. He is on 10.0.2 and 25.1. Any updates on this?

I emailed Tim Cook about this issue and actually just got a cal back from their PR department.

Called back and left a message.

I'll see what they say....

I got a cal from HQ as well.

Should I be surprised?
I'm interested in what they would have to say and to see how they try to spin this.

I doubt we will see an update today from Apple, and hey don't like to release updates on a friday, so it looks like next week at the earliest.

My phone showed 3 bars of LTE but I had 0 (zero) internet connection! Nothing would load on Safari/apps/etc.

I had to toggle Airplane mode. Seems like it's just a sneaky coverup!

Well, it doesn't seem like it's looking good for Thursday at this point.

What baffles me the most is why APPLE did not see these issues prior to release. They test these phones (prototypes) extensively, especially in the US, on all the carriers, and they act like it was an unknown issue. They also beta tested ios 10 on these phones too.

I had the same thing again today, yet I'm on the 6s plus, I had the Volte turned on when it happened. I don't get it

Give it time.
I don't know about that. I am a little over a week into my 7 Plus on Verizon, and my signal/performance is exactly the same as it was with my 6s. I don't have any problems with "no signal," and my up/down speeds are great. Still running 10.0.2 with carrier update 25.1.

So back to bad batches?
