The SE is indeed very awesome

Loving the jailbreak tweak 'little brother' to give the 4" screen the same real estate as iPhone 6-- scaled inthat resolution so I can take in more text
And more webpages.

Don't always use it but great when feeling a little too cramped and zoomed in

I see there maybe a new iPhone se coming out very soon i guess its worth waiting to see, do you think they will do away with the 16GB if so why ?

Apple is abandoning the 16 GB, mainly because of the amount of memory that is consumed through iOS updates, applications, media content, photos/Live photos, 4K video's, which easily consumes that amount of space quickly.

I was one of the few that could manage 16 gb easily, but for most, it likely wasn't sufficient enough for their needs. It would be a lot better to have more memory than less memory when you actually need it.

I think Apple's going to keep the 16GB so they can both lower the price on it as an entry level device, and raise, or at least maintain the price by offering greater memory capacity, thus maintaining their margins.

I had an SE for what 4 months, sold it and bought an 6S, Its a good phone however for me I couldnt get over the dated feeling, after using a 6 the SE felt like I was taking a step back in time rather than forward, the camera was also worse on the SE even though its 12mp and the 6 has 8mp

You must have had a defective SE camera.

My SE takes stellar, reminiscent of 6s plus photos (in good lighting, obviously not in bad light without optical stabilization)

He definitely had a defective phone. The iPhone 6 had a worse camera, and chipset. The photos I've taken on the SE are as good as those, in some cases better than those my friend has taken from the same location on her 6s Plus.

I just picked up two SE's, one silver and one gold for a song. The couple who owned then dropped their 6S and 6S+ and bought these to fill in waiting for repairs. 3 weeks old and mint and i got both for less than a new one!!

Plan on selling the gold making one almost free SE Silver!

I had the 6 plus ages back. I had the 7 two weeks ago. I had a few days with a 3GS for fun which i still own. iOS 6 rocks... slowly. :) It made me realise and appreciate the smaller iPhone. My next upgrade will be apples next pocket rocket whatever its called.

The SE is a nice friend to my S7 which i believe will get little use.

I love my SE (had it since launch), and yet the small screen is beginning to wear on me. I'm toying with the idea of switching up to a 7; hope I don't regret that choice, if I make it... (I owned a 6S for a while, and hated the ergonomics; I know the 7 is a bit lighter, which could help.)

The SE is a great phone. I with Apple would update it with the latest features such as water proofing and improved front facing camera.

You mean your needs have changed? I've been using 3.5-4" screens exclusively since the iPhone was first introduced, and have never once needed a larger screen. I didn't even want the 4" screen of the 5s. Not once have I pulled out my SE and felt the size has begun to "wear" on me. But I don't need a giant pocket display.

My only complaint about the SE is that when I use it in landscape, I find the resolution too limited to adequately fit everything comfortably within the display, but it's not a deal killer, just a minor inconvenience, one which Apple could easily fix at the expense of making the text and graphics smaller -- something I've just become aware a jailbreak exists to fix. But that's not nearly enough to make me wish I had a larger display with the many trade offs that increased size contribute to my user experience and needs.

Resizing the screen on SE to have same real estate as iPhone 6 or 7 is great!! With a tweak :D

It eliminates your landscape concerns

So I sold my old iPhone last week after putting a new battery in it back in November. My iPhone 6 Plus had served me faithfully since it's launch in September of 2014 but it was time for a new device. I purchased an iPhone SE 64GB new for $384 from TMOBILE. They were having a sale and were selling the phones for the same price as the 16GB models. I wanted Space Grey but they were back ordered so I settled on the Silver since I couldn't go without a phone for 2 weeks.

HOLY CRAP this phone is dope. It's wicked fast and I don't even notice that the screen is so much smaller than the 6 Plus. I have an iPad Pro 12.9 for large screen viewing if needed. I switched to TMO from ATT after they were going to gouge the UDP member for more money. TMO offered a $150 dollar gift card to transfer. When I get the card in 2 weeks I will be leaving TMO for ATT again and getting on their new cheap $60 unlimited plan. The phone is small, comfortable, an lightning fast. I'm very happy.

That is all.

That's awesome. Congrats on the new iPhone.

It's not about needs changing as much as growing weary of the compromises involved with using a smaller screen, for reading.

mine doesn't rattle, but I had SE's that did

it seems to be more common than not,

same with vertical interlacing/ yellow banding top of screen

mine exhibits the latter a bit, but no banding and no loose buttons
