iProcrastinate Mobile Released to the App Store!

The sync is on its way, be patient. It was working on the simulator, but not on the hardware (I'm guessing). They are two very different monsters.

I love this application so much, I almost feel like I'm stealing from you for using it for free. Bring out a $3 update, please. I know all my friends with iPhones would pay for it too, heck, my teacher even uses it.

Most of us would pay for it, if not, voila, they can stay with the still-amazing old version.

I just sent a subject over my wireless network from my iPod Touch to the simulator! I'll keep you guys posted!

To anyone who wants to beta test, please PM me your unique iPhone/iPod identifier. If you're familiar with iPhone development in Xcode, you know where to find it. Otherwise, in iTunes, plug in your device and under the "Summary" tab, you'll see a "Serial Number" label. *This isn't it!!!* Click (actually click) on the label, and it will change to "Identifier." This is what I need to give to Apple to get you guys registered.

So that we don't waste too much time waiting, I'll cut off testing after the first 10 received UUID's. Thanks!! :D Can't wait to have you guys testing it!

Thank you all so much, I really appreciate it. :cool:

But, syncing will be free too. I'm not that worried about the cash, the donations have been enough to keep me afloat so far, plus those are more appreciated. :)
 
Thanks to all the responders so far! Few things:

First: Download the iProcrastinate from the App Store, if you haven't already, and throw some stuff in it. One of the most important tests will be to see if the old data is preserved.

Second: Desktop app is way behind. Wireless so far is just for sharing between devices. Resources are spread pretty thin. :) It's safe to assume that if the wireless between devices is solid though, than the Mac to iPhone will be good too, the networking code is 90% the same.

What would the use be of device to device syncing?

Sharing tasks between friends/coworkers/classmates. :)

Haha and no offense, but if you're that worried about your personal data, then you shouldn't sign up for the beta test. ;) I can take your name off the list if you're really worried.
 
I'll put it on my iPod Touch until the other testers can confirm if it deletes the info or not.

When do you think it'll be out?
