Hey guys,
Thanks for all the suggestions and feedback so far, it's been really helpful. Here's what I'm leaning towards, after reading your suggestions:
There *will* be a grades on/off switch, and it will be per subject. That way, even if you are a student using the app, you'll still have some subjects that don't have anything to do with graded assignments. (Eg. reminders, work-related tasks, etc.)
In case you haven't heard, Apple is removing the ability of an app to read from another app's data. So, the Quick Tasks idea is dead at the moment. I'm going to try and find a way to include that option in the main app, as long as things don't get too cluttered.
Also, synchronization is still on its way. Pushing subjects from device to device is 99% finished, and works great. A more robust synchronization between device and Mac is about 25% finished, and I started working on it this past weekend. I'll keep you posted, again, thanks for all the help.
