Saw these skins from Skinomi on reddit

Has anyone tried these? Now I'm super confused as I don't know whether to get BSE, Slickwraps or Skinomi....

I've used all 3 on various different phones. Slickwraps has poor customer service, so I'd cross them off the list. Just do a search on here and you'll find the complaints.

As far as BSE and Skinomi...BSE has one piece to cover the back and sides of the phone. Skinomi has six.

That's true about Slickwraps they really suck at customer service, in my case the Skinomi back and sides was one single piece as shown in the picture.

Got my Slickwraps and utterly disappointed. Both of the skins were ill fitting to the point where they were unusable. After a full 24 hours of drying time and I couldn't get them to stick. Ripped them off and bought from Best Skins Ever. Oh well.

I had issues with their corner tabs being slightly too long so they overlapped or creased and bunched. They said they would send me out a replacement. If it wasn't for the corners I loved the super clear look of their skin and it felt great in hand.

Slick wraps failed to send me a screen protector and the edges overlapped when I installed it. It's such a precise fitting skin that it's almost too precise (if that makes sense).

I'm going to email CS about the screen protector and about getting a replacement. Even if I don't use it I don't feel that my $20 went to waste.

So the corners on my Slickwraps were cut slightly too long and they either overlapped or creased. Slickwraps said they would mail me a replacement. In the meantime here is a video of me removing the clear wrap from my jet black iPhone 7+. Super easy and clean.

Today was an epic failure. I finally got my bestskinever order and I ever ordered an extra one just to be sure.

First installation was basically a slow decent into alcoholism. I don't know why there were SO MANY bubbles, I tried to swipe with credit card but it only made it worse(left streak marks). The corners were very stubborn and basically refused to stick even after an hr of me attempting to hold them there. I decided to peel it off and use my extra one, biggest mistake of my life. Not only did I make it worse, there were so many air bubbles on the side of my film they wouldn't stick at all. I gave up hope in life and went to the mall, got a ghost armour back protection and just gonna call it a day and use it naked. Well at least my back won't be scratched to hell, it looks rather invisible.

They are mailing me two extra because of my horrid installation job but I am forever scarred to try again.

P.S did I put too much liquid soap? It was foaming a lot on the back side and swiping with a credit card only made it leave lines of streak marks.

BSE is going to send you two extra ones? How did you get in contact with them? Ive opened multiple tickets/emailed them because they send me the wrong version and no response yet.. worst customer support ever.

I am surprised they haven't gotten back to your messages. Although they did ignore one of my message when I asked if they ship via FedEx/ups if I paid for mailing. Other than that they always gotten back to me within 3 hours during normal business hours.

I used the contact us option on their website.

Don't worry it is definitely hard. Don't think too much liquid soap, was the surface of the phone clean? Also how is the ghost armor?

The surface of the phone was clean, but my films had a lot of foams on it not sure if it contributed to the streak marks.. it was a horror show.

The ghost armour was a breeze, took the guy maybe 5 minute to install. It looks invisible but they only had back protection, no sides. I gave up at this point in my life, sides probably will be a bit scratched in a few month but I really want to use my jet black naked.

Their instructions should be more clear. I would use water with a single drop of soap. It definitely should not be foaming. The "Naked Juice" from Slickwraps is a good example of what you're looking for in the consistency of the application liquid. Also you don't need a ton of liquid because it will cause it to slide around on the device.

I would suggest watching the newly posted Slickwraps iPhone 7 Plus Naked Wrap installation video on YouTube for better instructions on installing your BSE.

Is the wrap lifting off the iPhone lettering on the back?

sad to report that using the apple leather case with the BSE glossy didnt end well after taking off the case for a third time (first two times there were no issues). I ended up with a huge bubble near the top that wont go away. The sides are also starting to feel like they are lifted. Not sure if I will remove the skin and go with the case on its own or attempt one of the simple back protectors the next time around.

BSE also sent me matte instead of glossy. Didn't realize it until I started installing. Looked weird on the Jet Black, so I peeled it off. Back to nude.
Very sorry for the mix-up! If you want to PM your order details I can make sure it gets fixed right away.
