Leather alternatives to FineWoven cases

I followed the OP and just sprayed my FW case and wallet with some Scotchguard. That is all the babying I will do with the case. lol

How does it compare to the Apple leather one in terms of thickness(thinner, thicker)? How is the leather feel (Smooth/soft or rough)?

It’s on par with Apple’s in terms of thickness, maybe a minuscule thicker if I’m being picky! The leather is lovely and soft; feels great to hold.

I’m gonna get a picture of my navy decoded, in my NT pro, tomorrow.

Sadly I returned my Mujjo leather case.

The buttons are off centre and there are visible bumps below the buttons and MagSafe ring.

The cut outs at the bottom are also not centred.

I think most people will be happy with Mujjo or Lonli, however I ended up returning Mujjjo also for a Bullstrap leather case,
I just miss the real leather feel and the Mujjo for me at least didn't quite get me there, but should be fine more non picky people.

Highly recommend these cases. Quality leather and fit.

What about the button stiffness? Are they similar to the apple leather case? If they are clicky and easy to press, i think i'll go with Decoded.

I checked out all four Decoded leather cases for the 15-series today at the store, they looked and felt great in the hand. I'm getting the Andar Aspen delivered later today so I will give it a try even with the lacklustre solution to the action button and pick up the Decoded in "Clay" as an option when I feel like having a change of case colour, or the difficulty to press the action button annoys me too much.

What retail store has the Decoded cases?

I´m in Norway, Europe, where they are in stock at a chain called "Eplehuset" (which translates to Applehouse). So unfortunately not much help for those of you in other countries.

So the Mujjo case was a dud for me, definitely thicker and bulkier than my 14 PM Apple leather case, buttons are not centered, and the worst is the magnets are much weaker than the Apple case magnets and the magsafe magnetic holder in my car no longer works as the phone keeps falling off. Why can’t the 3rd party case makers use magnets as strong as Apple?!

Just got an email from andar support and they are redesigning the aspen with a bottom for the action button. They are slowing me to return my aspen for free or keep it and get 1/2 off the redesigned case.
This is great news because the aspen has a great feel and quality leather so I’ll definitely be returning it for the redesigned case! Might get red as well.
