Leather Cases - Patina Proud Photos

Had one of the fake eBay leather cases on my 15 Pro for a few days now.
Apart from the buttons which at first didn't click and now mostly click except the volume down which gets stuck, the case could have been made by Apple. It has the same smell, texture, colour as the Apple ones from the 14 and before.
I'm genuinely staggered how good of a copy it is, it even has the MagSafe animation.
I've ordered a new one from AliExpress in the hope I just got unlucky with the buttons but overall, I just want to know how they make such good copies.

Great to hear. Ordered one from AliExpress earlier this week, my search for a leather case will be over if it’s like the Apple one.
It's an amazing copy, it smells just the same. I wonder if they have people on the inside copying the designs?

The fake ones aren’t leather though? They’re textured plastic…
Does anyone have samples of the black Bullstrap case on how it changes over time. I got a really good deal on eBay for a brand new one . I really love how it looks out of the box, but it won’t look bad over time.

Slate 10 days of usage next to a new black BS.
Slate looks great when it’s new but it feels much different than other BS cases. Hard to explain but i like the feel of the black or sienna cases much more. Slate was slick at first as expected but after 10 days it felt like a cheap rug. The black version is nice and grippy out of the box.

I spent a few hours with the fresh Camel Tan before applying a small amount of leather cream. It’s been a few days now and it is more grippy and much softer feeling than my Turquoise Aspen. I swapped cases for an hour to be able to compare the feeling & I’ll probably be applying some leather cream to this one too. It does look and feel quite dry.
Another slate worn to that one year look in a matter of days.

Decided to retire the Andar from use after the dye bleed got out of control. And then when taking off the case I noticed something got into the front gap and scuffed my phone up a bitordered a black BS now that the first scuff is out the way lol

Wonder how you are the only person who got a dye bleed? A bad case?
Could you do me a favour and weigh the case when you get a chance? I’d like to see what the weight is in comparison to Apple’s leather cases.

Nope no leather cream on this pic. I do think it looks nice, but I like the supple feeling leather on my conditioned Camel Tan.
