Did u have to give the headphones and everything back when you replaced it

Nope just the phone. I actually got the option where I can recieve the phone first and send the old one back. They charge $30 but if you have AppleCare+ you get it for free

What if I have the one year warranty I got my phone in march

Not 100% sure but if you past the 30 days then you will have to pay $30

Waived tge charge for me, regular AppleCare. Definitely do tge Express Return because tgey sent mine back tge forst time and said nothing was wrong with it.

What did they say after they said nothing was wrong with it?

No because I bought it from them and my sister bought a MacBook Pro them too and it crashed and they switched it for free same with her iphone 4 there was something wrong with the battery and the warranty was over a yr and they replaced it

ALSO it depends an how nice of the person is

Do they put a hold on your credit card for this option? do you know? cause I have to pay bills before I can do that otherwise. thanks for the info

They said they couldn't duplicate the issue (which is ********, because I left detailed instructions on how to duplicate the problem, so I don't think they even bothered to try). To make matters worse they opened my original iPhone and there was a white strip of some material coming out of the seam where they closed it and I had to trim it off with a razor blade. So I called AppleCare and asked what my options were and they offered an Express Replacement, so decided to roll the dice.

Yes, they do. $700 dollars.

I am about to do it over the phone, its easier to tell them that I am not getting "4G" in all areas while on T-Mobile then to go scramble with a Genius in store. Gonna pay for express and get it delivered before shipping my in (requires hold of the original purchase price- $750 in my case) so I can make sure its AWS. Store would be great but I don't have any other valid reasons besides signal and knowing the genus at my stores they will look for physical reasons rather than just swap it out on the spot.

your right:( it didnt work he said I need to update iOS 6.1.4. I told him I'm experiencing dropped calls and not getting "4G". They said we cannot do anything until you update, experience the issues and then we can consider sending out a replacement.

Well at least you tried. Just call back and keep on complaining and yelling they usually works for me lol

I think I'm gonna hold off until next jailbreak to swap my iPhone now, i tried and gonna accept that I'm meant to keep my jailbreak over 1700 AWS, my coverage is pretty good so I'm not 100% in need of AWS.

Lets see what comes first:
- Jailbreak
Or
- My warranty end (Sept 30/2013)

At least I got it in the apple system that my phone has issues with calls and signal So next time they won't give me that much trouble at leastx

I switched from ST $45 Unlimited to the $30 T-Mo plan today. I'm currently using an unlocked AT&T iPhone 5 on 6.1.4 with the latest carrier update from T-Mobile.

After activation, I was surprised when I saw the 4G icon. I guess I'm in a refarmed area? I'll see the E (Edge) icon every once awhile though.

My question is that my 4G speeds and signal have been very spotty. Maybe I'm not really on 4G? Will the replacement phone with the AWS 1700+ offer significant improvement?
