Hi there, my MacBook Air was shipped on the 9th of February,too. I ordered it with the Superdrive. My Status is "shipped" at the MacBook Air and "in transit to customer - spipment on shedule" at the Superdrive. They should merge in NL. My status didn't change since Saturday.

I come from Germany, too.

Don't know why, but the OSX Installer (via Airport) didn't allow me to deselect Garageband and iPhoto...so now 2h20min left and 1.6GB to delete after installation of those 2 apps

Hi! According to the shipment and delivery dates of others here in this thread, it really takes 7 to 10 days if you've ordered more than one item.

I'm pretty disappointed by that, as the gap between direct delivery (2-4 days) and orders with merging is too big, in my opinion.

Yeah I noticed that too. However it doesn't seem to install all the garageband loops and stuff, so when you delete it, I found mine was only around 200mb or so.

is it easier to re-install the OS vs just deleting the unwanted applications?

Also do we just delete programs folders in Mac OS vs uninstalling in windows?

Ive had apple stuff overnight from amsterdam previously, but it doesn't always happen, lots of factors at play here i imagine.

UPS forced me to wait a whole day for my delivery .... i nearly lost all hope for a delivery today ... 30 mins before their delivery end i got my package .... i must have been their last stop.

Now i have to wait to start it up, because its stonecold .... its less than 0 degree celcius here today

And: as I am living close to the TNT office, I picked it up by myself.. That's what you get if you open the boxes:

Well.. the rest is quite well known and documented. Beautiful machine, running very smooth. I'll try to ad something interesting and new, if I can. First installed Parallels with a virtual WinXP Pro and all the updates. No issues so far. Oh, and I used an external USB DVD drive for the WinXP installation, workes a thread!

Just called TNT and said it should arrive on Monday, because its waiting for the truck to be fully loaded.. so its still waiting there in China..

She said Apple has choosed this delivery method..

Why don't they offer (Free Slow Shipping) & (Charge for Fast Shipping)
Its stupid to give us just 1 slow option.. oh I still don't see that it was FREE shipping anyways.

The MBA that costs $3000 in USA costs $4300 in Sweden.. ok there is 25% taxes so it should be $3750 so where did the $550 go ?

Anybody knows?
