WOW that's insanely good! Lol by 0-25% do you mean 0 mostly?0-25% display brightness, ProMotion disabled (seems to help stop my iPad-induced headache)

That’s the screen time display, not battery usage. Go to settings battery and screenshot the 5 day usage figuresHow’s everybody’s battery life? Not a good start here
Don’t need to use that screenshot as I know how long it was off charge. It was 5 hours screen time and over 9 hours off the charger. That was also the first full day’s from 100% charge. That’s the screen time display, not battery usage. Go to settings battery and screenshot the 5 day usage figures
Same had to switch over to my M1 MBA (first world problems) but one of the main reasons I got the M1 MBA was battery life. I consistently get 13+ hours on regular usage with the MBA and that's 2-3x what I have been getting on the M1 12.9 iPad Pro.Well…..I’ve just ran the rest of my battery down and it stopped at 2% for about 30min (which was strange), then it dropped to 1% lasted about 2min and switched off.
iPad has now switched off due to dead battery and I’ve plugged it in and charging back up to 100%
Totally agree...have about 10 days left on my return period and its looking more and more likely.Well, they have 2 weeks to address this situation then I may think about a return.
6 hours from a full 100% charge isn’t good, and nothing near what they state at “10 hrs”
As I’ve said, I’m giving it a few weeks to bed in, if not, then it’s either going back to my 2018 iPad Pro (which is currently up for sale) or purchase the new 11” 2021Same had to switch over to my M1 MBA (first world problems) but one of the main reasons I got the M1 MBA was battery life. I do think the brightness on these will have the most impact to Battery. I am very disappointed too since the display is the killer feature and you really need it to be reasonably bright to have a noticeable difference from the previous Gen or the 11 inch.
Nice did you update to 14.6?Maybe mine has settled down.
12% left and on 10 hours, 12 mins screen on time. 7 hours of zoom as well.
Makes sense! Checked all the boxes! And that's killer battery life!Yeah, mostly 0-5% reading fanfics in Safari. I think Reduce White Point may have been enabled for most of it as well. I need brightness low to avoid headaches.
Only time it was at 25% was the 3+ hours in Infuse watching Avengers: Endgame in 4K HDR.
In any case, I didn’t upgrade because of the display. I was still on the 2017 Pro and I wanted FaceID, 1TB, 5G and Logitech Crayon support. M1+16GB RAM was a major bonus for longevity.
what brightness you using it at?Apple always has been lying about 12.9" iPad battery performance. The 11" was spot on 10hrs for me, sometimes even 11. The 2018 12.9 maybe 7 hours on a lucky day. The new M1 I got is mega disappointing. I am talking 4-5 hours, similar to an intel macbook Pro bad.
So what was the remaining battery%Don’t need to use that screenshot as I know how long it was off charge. It was 5 hours screen time and over 9 hours off the charger. That was also the first full day’s from 100% charge.
Looking good, what's your brightness level at when using the iPad?Charged to 100% at 7:36AM. Battery at 78% as at 3:53PM. No plug-in in between.
New iPad Pro 12.9 inch 5th Gen. - Cellular version (on LTE instead of 5G)
iPadOS 14.6. With Smart Keyboard attached.

I don’t think this battery life is bad at all.
From the experience from iPhone I’m now inclined to hide the battery percentage - it only gives me anxiety and drives me to charge the device more often than I should.
Currently about 50%.Looking good, what's your brightness level at when using the iPad?
Nice, very solid battery life at that brightness.Currently about 50%.
