I was talking about Satechi not offering thunderbolt, RayCue is clearly thunderbolt
Ah ok.
Since no one appears to have received any RayCue docks yet, we'll have to wait and see if any will actually be Thunderbolt 4.

Any idea what those 3 additional ports are?All customers who ordered the 40Gbps version will receive a free upgrade that adds 3 additional peripheral ports, further enhancing the functionality and versatility of your product.
I have no idea how anyone can even make a TB4 dock that sits under the Mini…..all the external TB4 enclosures I tested, with or without fans, generated significant heat. Seems less than ideal to stick a hot enclosure underneath a Mini.Ah ok.

I ordered on 11/19 and received shipping info on 12/24. It's now in transit from Hong Kong to US.Has anyone received the Raycue one yet? Shipping date seemed to have been delayed.
I'm not really the person to ask as one of my Decos is like 2 feet away but I've had no issues. I do use bluetooth head phone and the range seems the same as my previous mini in a vertical standI've seen some reviews that say that the wifi and Bluetooth are affected by this stand. Can you please run some tests and see if that's true? I'm more interested in the Bluetooth aspect, I'd hate for it to cut off the mouse connection.
I was wanting to order the RayCue Dock, however I was confused by part of their warranty policy. I tried emailing sales@ to no response.
RayCue's policy allows returns within 30 days for general items.
However it also says:
Please note that certain situations are not eligible for a refund or exchange:
If 72 hours have passed since you received the item.
This seems to contradict itself. Any ideas?
Good to know, thank you!I'd be wary - I've emailed them about 5 times now over a 10 day period and gotten ZERO reply
I'm about to go into PayPal and open up a case if this continues

Nice. Was a power supply included?
Thanks. Let us know how it performs using power from the mini. No, just what's showing in the images. A>C cable for BYO 5V/3A USB adapter, C>C cable between the devices, screws and a screwdriver. The manual seems to say "use the included power supply only" but there isn't one in there.
Are you using an SSD in it?It won't work just connected directly to the host - well, it didn't for me. You need to have a 5V, 3A USB adapter plugged into the wall and then connected to the 5V/3A USB-C socket on the rear.
Oh, got it. I’m quite surprised there’s not an included power supply.
So the RayCue also has the text on each port like the Satechi?! Dissapointing. Every product shot they show has it nice and clean.
The Apple 20W charger for iPad is a 9V2.22A / 5V3A plug.So ... 5V, 3A adapter would look like what? The big brick plug or the smaller ones? After all this time in the Apple universe, I still get confused on what power bricks do what ...
