My DHL status just went to “Processed at AMSTERDAM - NETHERLANDS, THE”. I hope others will feel the same joy soon.

Wow I just looked and it's the same for me (it was supposed to be Eindhoven initially), although I did not get any notification. Quite relieved I must say, tracking says it's due Tuesday.

For those of you still waiting, I received the first DHL status notification 10 days ago and then nothing until just now.

A few days ago I also noticed the DHL change/rename to “Shipment information received”. That status still had the date 9th of April.
Now DHL tells me it will be delivered tomorrow. The Apple website now also states delivery tomorrow (previously that was the 27th of April).
Btw, I subscribed to changes on the DHL website, but did not receive any notifications (yet). It was pure F5 refresh madness that unveiled this information.

Shipment information received with service area: EINDHOVEN - NETHERLANDS, THE. I live in Maastricht so Eindhoven always would have made sense in my case.

Today my status has suddenly changed. It now says 'Processed at AMSTERDAM - NETHERLANDS, THE'.

It should now be delivered tomorrow. It was supposed to be delivered in mid-June. Then it was brought forward to April 29. So now April 20.

April, 20 2022 - Business address between 9:00-17:30, private address between 17:30-21:00

funny you mention that. My window was apr 13-21 and it sat in processing forever then, on the 14th it changed to shipping with origin being Tennessee (USA). Wonder if they decided to ship their apple store or replacement stockpiles or something.

Even if someone knows we’re they are if they are blocked, for all intents and purposes, are as if being lost.
They should be replaced, with Apple making and dispatching some new units.

When these are “found” they could be sold as new, when someone makes a new order for that SKU. It shouldn’t take so long as the demand is high.

As we are now Apple has clients waiting for these orders when more recent ones are already being dispatched earlier than expected. For the price that the Studio cost a better customer service should be expected.

I ordered the Mac on March 10, my delivery window was April 12-20. Apple has shipped it on 29 March with esitmate delivery on 8 April, the DHL status page is the same since 29 March.

during my call with Apple today I was offered a refund, or a new order for delivery in June-July. all this is ridiculous

‘They’ should do a new order but with some sort of priority to the other orders.
Even better if they did this without being asked, to rehabilitate their costumer satisfaction.

Completely agree. They should pick up one with the same configuration we ordered and deliver it to each one of us in this absurd situation.

Same but date of shipping is march 31. Hope we will get our studio sooner than later...

I am monitoring UPS flights, it seems that the flights from Shanghai to Cologne are back in operation.
A few minutes ago just landed another one in Cologne. hope to see some updates tomorrow from DHL.

Ordered on March 9, shipped on April 2 and, in fact, never left Shanghai at least I think.

Same boat as you. The Mac Studio arrived but still waiting getting close to passing on the arrival date of my monitor. Still in processing. I know the issue is probably because of lockdown and no one‘s working in building these things. Just a guess

Hmmmm, perhaps, given the lockdown situation in China, the DHL - UPS, logistics firms may still be operating - moving things around - simply in smaller quantities - - thereby slower. Then, with those lockdown restrictions in place, - they're unable to have all their staff on site - to scan items at each point. So, items are simply moving without being tracked - at a pace that doesn't require a lot of personal, and even those working - to do so every day for a limited number of hours. In essence - the equipment is crawling along at a snail pace. Then, once the item arrives at a destination country with a different environment, - they're able then to scan the items to allow transparancy of the movement of the item till its delivery!

Patience - patience, and hope Apple would gift everyone impacted by the delays some gesture of goodwill! Wishful thinking!

Update on the above: My order went into preparing to ship on the 8th, shipped on the 9th, and delivered on the 18th. After it was picked up on the 9th, there were no-updates whatsoever until it was onboard with the courier for delivery on the 18th. This is DHL Australia. My assumption above is very correct - they are understaffed - given the lockdown and backlog of deliveries.

Good luck to those waiting, and patience. It's a nice machine!
