Funny thing is... when my Mac Studio was lost by UPS (they said on 12th April it was out for delivery, but they later found it was still in China), it was less scary for me than this final leg.
It is currently coming from Germany to UK. Then it might go to DHL from UPS. On trustpilot UPS UK is 90% bad, DHL is 91% bad. I live on a channel island so both couriers hand it over to 'a man with a white van'.
He sometimes waits until he has a full van of boxes and then he might be passing this way (after picking up his wife from work) and sometimes he just pops a card through the door (without knocking) with a tick in the box 'try again tomorrow'. When he does eventually make the effort he spends 5 minutes rummaging around looking for the right box.
On the rare occasion a box goes missing I contact UPS and if its been handed over I'm stuffed.
UPS have changed delivery date from today to tomorrow, it's just left Germany. That gives me a day to go and get food supplies for a week of listening by the door for passing vans. I'll make an educated guess that it's going to actually be delivered next Tuesday.

Shipment information received with service area: EINDHOVEN - NETHERLANDS, THE. I live in Maastricht so Eindhoven always would have made sense in my case.

I have the same service area notification and I live in the Czech Republic. When I ordered the keyboard, mouse and trackpad they were delivered super-quick from within the Czech Republic, so I assumed they have a distribution centre here and would deliver to here.

Got a text saying my Studio would be delivered today but been in Hong Kong for four days now. Checked online and no date can now be given. I stupidly kind of believed it would be today so made plans to stay in. It’s the wrong information and then the lack of information that is so irritating. I was already having some doubt over ordering with 32GB to get it much sooner, this is making me look at MBPs on the refurb store.

*Update - for anybody interested (!), I just bought a refurb MBP that comes tomorrow instead. Got an extra 32GB and obviously the screen for £800 more. The studio will be sent back unopened when it turns up.

Do you think that this morning I was told that if they do not return a week by this day they contact me to offer me a refund of the Mac Studio, only they have not considered that I will also have to return the Apple Studio Display delivered on March 30 and unused while waiting for the Mac Study. So if Apple cannot deliver your Mac Studio before next Tuesday, they will offer a refund? Because they are not able to deliver it (it is probably lost?), did they tell you why?

I just contacted Apple, they told me there are delays and DHL has not received the package, no other info.
It's ridiculous that we don't know where our Mac Studios are.

So if Apple cannot deliver your Mac Studio before next Tuesday, they will offer a refund? Because they are not able to deliver it (it is probably lost?), did they tell you why?

I'm told if they can't unlock everything within this week they'll refund unless I want to wait.

Hi, just like some people here, my Studio seems lost in limbo. I got a text from DHL 10 days ago, saying I had a package from Apple shipped from Eindhoven. That got me really excited, like it could be delivered 1-3 days later.

Since then, NOTHING has changed, still stuck with the "Shipment information received", I can guess that my mac is still somewhere in transit between Asia and Europe, but that's not saying much. I wish Apple would invest maybe 10% as much in the "Customer Delivery Experience" as in the packaging of the devices. It's getting me anxious for nothing, I really need this machine for work and all this friction seems unnecessary to say the least. Why on earth would I receive a shipping notification 10+ days before they are even capable of giving the device to the shipping company ? That's just cruelty IMHO.

Anybody's got relevant, good or bad ? I' in the Paris area, waiting for my 10/32/1Tb Mac Studio.

You are in the same situation as me and unfortunately the truth is that the package has not yet left Shanghai and no one is able to give answers at the moment.

(Re)Ordered april 10th, shipped today and promised to be delivered on april 21th. I am very pleased with the fast delivery.
Mac Studio Max 10c 32c GPU 1TB. Hopefully there will be no noise or sleep issues. Then this will definitely be a keeper.

Just had my UK Studio delivered. Complained to Apple about the delay, and failed delivery dates by UPS and asked nicely for a magic 2 keyboard, they agreed.

We are a lot here in EU in your same situation. Mine shipped March 31 and expected delivery April 12. All stuck in Shanghai for the lockdown...

For me the most frustrating thing is, that in fact many BTO MacStudios got already delivered , ordered much later than mine. So it can‘t be a common (covid) delivery problem/delay. Also the whole information policy by Apple is none exsistent
Not to mention that my money they already got :-(

M1 Ultra 64-Core/128GB RAM/4TB SSD: Ordered on 3/18/22 and delivered today on 4/19/22

My CC was charged 5 days prior to shipping, and it shipped 7 days prior to delivery window of April 20-27. While it shipped on 4/13, it was held up in HK customs for a few days. It then was estimated to be delivered on 4/19 and did, ultimately arriving only 1 day earlier than original window.

Interestingly macOS 12.3 was installed and needs an upgrade to 12.3.1.

A quick look at directory dates shows the original imaging took place on 2/26/22, and then was updated on 4/11/22. Given the ship date of 4/13, it seems there's a couple days of test and preparation before shipping.

My original Studio del date was June 5 through (??) and it arrived yesterday. My display was ordered two weeks earlier with an April 22 del date and it is still in processing. No way to figure out how this stuff works!!

Whats crazy is the ebay scalpers selling Mac Studios for huge markups. For those thinking of returning an unopened box you can make a good chunk of money selling it. I guess some folks have money burning in the pockets and will pay a few thousand more to get one now.
