M1 Ultra, Base configuration (GPU 48 / 64 RAM / 1TB), ordered on March 12 to The Netherlands. First estimation was May 13 - 20, new estimation is April 29 - May 16. Still processing.

Just heard the assistance and it would seem that the package is arrtivato ASmsterdam last night. For everyone in my situation it should be good news if confirmed.

Same boat as you. The Mac Studio arrived but still waiting getting close to passing on the arrival date of my monitor. Still in processing. I know the issue is probably because of lockdown and no one‘s working in building these things. Just a guess
What I do not understand is why the information for Processing the Order says they have everything they need. They have had everything they need for over a month now. Sounds like a standard type of thing they say when they receive an order. Does not take a month to put a monitor in a box and slap a label on it. IF the delay goes on much longer I may cancel and look for a different 27" monitor that is compatible.

I confirm this information. I called Apple too and they also said the Mac Studio has arrived yesterday in Amsterdam. Probably they will create a new label for the delivery. This is what Apple Consultant just supposed. Let's hope we will have official updates by mail or sms soon.

Update on the above: My order went into preparing to ship on the 8th, shipped on the 9th, and delivered on the 18th. After it was picked up on the 9th, there were no-updates whatsoever until it was onboard with the courier for delivery on the 18th. This is DHL Australia. My assumption above is very correct - they are understaffed - given the lockdown and backlog of deliveries.

Good luck to those waiting, and patience. It's a nice machine!
That’s good to hear mate!

I’m in SA, and the package is currently ‘in-transit’ in Melbourne with no updates for 2 days now. Had the pickup notification on the 11th and no update till it arrived in Sydney then Melbourne.

May I ask which state you’re in?

Did you get a text message from Apple with an estimated delivery date which corroborated with the actual delivery date?

I shouldn’t be needed a new label. I bet all the packages already have the DHL label in them since it was created in china. It was only not read because the first leg of the journey was by UPS.
We only don’t have the UPS label, for one, because it would only by one for all the Apple Studios to be sorted in Amsterdam.

I ordered a MS directly through the Apple website on 9/3 and it arrived after one month, about one month earlier than indicated.

However the UPS delivery man just left thepackage unguarded at the entrance of my apartment building where everyone could take it. I am surprised Apple uses UPS. In my experience this kind of delivery seems to be standard procedure at UPS.

Oh finally, hope to see updates from DHL today

Woah! This is great news. Just woke up to a text from apple that my M1 Ultra with 20-core CPU, 48-core GPU, 128GB, 8TB is on its way! I ordered March 9th and originally had a May 26- June 10 ship date.

Hope this helps others with non standard configs in the works.

I’m very curious on that, please keep us up posted. Mine (Ultra, BTO) was shipped 29th March and it’s stuck somewhere. I escalated it as high as I could and got a call today saying that they have no updates nor they can give any estimates on when it will be unlocked. (Also in the past I was told by Apple Support that they had arrived in Europe, but that turned out to be false)

Try calling Apple too, let's see what they say.

For me….I may go as far as canceling my order of the studio monitor and returning the Mac studio as well when I get real close to the 14 day return period for my Mac Studio if the Monitor has not shipped yet. 🤪. More drastic yes, but that’s how I feel at this point

Apple says that it has "everything that it needs" soon after one makes an order. Surely it's obvious what that means, and that it doesn't mean that the computer or monitor is assembled and ready to go out the door.

Finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
