Apple just put the hold on my credit card! I checked with my bank to make sure they honor it; no issues there.

I‘m going to treat this as positive movement as those in our Ultra list just before and just after me have already moved to shipping. Hopefully this is a good sign for others of us in the late April to start of May cohort: @XavierScott and @giuseppegambino perhaps better news coming your way soon?

I just checked my bank and it says I have an Authorized Transaction from Apple on June 21, so I hope that means it will go to preparing to ship soon!

My Studio Display finally arrived recently after ordering it on 9 March. Its given me time to get the cash together, so have just ordered a Mac Studio. Delivery due 11-17 August here in the UK. 64GB, 4TB. Big investment, but I'd hope this should last me 10 years!

I have similar expectation for my Studio. For comparison, it replaces a 2013 Xeon-based Mac which still performs heroically with large workloads. I see the Studio as its logical successor in a sense: capable, powerful and (hopefully) quiet.

Jealous, mine is still sitting at processing. I'm hoping there isn't a problem with payment, but so far no notice.

Edit: My "arrival" date just moved up from July 13 - 22 to July 8 (my birthday) - 22. So hopefully that means it ships soon.

They moved the first date up. I’m assuming it seems to be getting ready to ship?

I received a pleasant email this morning: I ordered an M1 Max on June 18 and had an estimated delivery of July 21-28. This mornings email says it has shipped and will be here this Friday, July 1.

Check your delivery status. As I mentioned a few posts up, I got an email with a July 1 delivery. Checked the UPS status and it has it being delivered on Wednesday the 29th - that would be a nice early surprise!

Ours is probably on the same flight, ordered the same day and going to Los Angeles - set for July 1st but UPS says Thursday.

The Mac Studio in my case looks like deja vu

I waited a little over a year for my car. And other people are going on 16 months. But I don't need to buy gas.

Walked into Apple Store and picked up base Studio. On 4th day waiting for new keyboard switches for the Studio.

Just came looking for something like this! I just ordered mine on 24 June, with a delivery window of 11-18 August. But looks like they are taking the payment today… with my Studio Display they only took the payment just before it was due to ship.

The payment is just showing a pending, so will be interesting to see if the delivery comes forward once it’s gone through…

It looked like Thursday after you pointed it out but it’s now back to Friday. Probably they overbooked the plane, but mine decided to sacrifice an early departure for a longer staying. 😂
