Be aware of the estimated delivery date. That date is rubbish. In my case delivery date was set on 30 June and the computer was delivered to the store on 4 June ( when I was on my holiday without phone reception ). They cancel my order because I did not contact them in time. I know that sucks and help line was not much help

I empathise with your unusual circumstances, but I can't resist a smile. You have the distinction of being the first and only person, in the almost three months that I've been following this thread, to complain about early delivery.

I was part of a group of eleven that received identically configured Maxes over a three day period, all of us about six weeks early. Wasn't nobody upset about it :)

It was seen as evidence that Apple was making headway on improving production in the context of China's stringent coronavirus measures.

update after some payment issues, (studio daily card limit) mine was delivered today

That's my fear is that my limit will cause it to cancel and then I'll have to wait all over again.

My estimated delivery is a month away, I would LOVE for it to come early but I'm not banking on it.

Did you get a notification via email / on the orders page?

yeah got an email from Apple
Subject was "Action Required: Order Wxxxxxxxx"
big headline "We’re having a problem with your payment."

had to do a dance trying to phone back to only to find out the daily limit was set by Visa and they could not change it Funny how the whole order for ~ÂŁ11k was pre auth'd no issue, but that one payment of the MacStudio that was ÂŁ5199, was just over the daily limit of ÂŁ5k

called apple an was able to set up the rest of the order to charge a different card (Master Card) and that went through fine

Last night it went from Preparing to Ship to Shipped. It stayed in Preparing to Ship for 2 1/2 days. I received an email with a UPS tracking number, but on the UPS website, I only have "UPS has not received the package yet." and no delivery date.

On Apple website, I am supposed to receive the package tomorrow.

As Apple says on its order page and shipping e-mail, it recommends following UPS tracking for up-to-date information. That's because UPS, not Apple, is now in charge. There would be a good chance of receiving the computer tomorrow were it not for the bottleneck at Hong Kong airport. It will be interesting to see whether your computer gets stuck in Hong Kong for 2-3 days (likely based on the history) or escapes that and goes straight to Anchorage.

My BTO Max with 64GB/2TB I ordered on the 28th May was shipped (to the UK) on Monday the 13th June. It was delayed in Hong Kong for 1 day then delayed again by a day when it got to Cologne, Germany. it just left there a few hours ago (by road though the Eurotunnel I assume) and is expected to be delivered on Monday (20th), so 7 days in total from shipping. The original estimate from UPS delivery on on Thursday the 16th (3 days after shipping).

Full timings below for reference.

I'm getting bored waiting. The 'new computer' excitement has worn off. 52 days so far with another 33 to the start of my delivery window or 47 to the end of my delivery window.

My Ultra has landed in Louisville KY this morning and should be delivered today to Texas.

Until a few hours ago, UPS still mentioned on its website that "UPS has not received the package yet." My feeling is that the tracking was not activated until it reached Louisville. I don't have the full-timing as above.

Anyway, good news, it should arrive on the last day of my delivery window.

Order placed 31 May for M1 Max 10 core CPU / 32 CORE GPU / 64GB / 2TB SSD - Estimated delivery 19 - 26 July...

Just got a notification that it has shipped with delivery now estimated 21 June - one month earlier than expected!

This is to UK.

21 days in for my M1 Ultra 20CPU/48GPU/64GB/2TB and nary a word. While the Max's seem to be catching up the Ultra's don't appear to be delivering any faster.

I was surprised to receive an email from Apple today that my order shipped and will arrive 6/27 according to UPS. I ordered
Apple M1 Max with 10-core CPU, 32-core GPU, 16-core Neural Engine
64GB unified memory
1TB SSD storage

Orered on 6/6 with an original delivery date window of 7/12-7/29.

I just ordered an M1 Max 10 CPU/32 GPU/1TB and my estimated delivery is July 21-28. Will be interested to see when it actually arrives, given the large variation in when people actually get them vs the estimated arrival.

I ordered the base Studio Max and it should arrive in 2 weeks. Went ahead and splurged on the Studio monitor and that will take 8 weeks. Added in keyboard and I had a magic mouse already. Now what to do with my 2017 iMac?

I ordered a base Mac Studio M1 Max customised with 64GB RAM and 1TB SSD on 9 June 2022. Estimated date of delivery to Spain was initially up to the first week of August. Then moved to the 3rd week of July. Now that it has already been shipped (3 days ago), confirmed date of delivery is 30th of June. Quite the speed-up !!!

Jealous! Painfully waiting for my Ultra (ordered April 19) to go beyond "Processing".

Not to burst your bubble, but the same thing happened to me, and then this morning, UPS changed my delivery date from June 22 to "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible."

My Mac Studio is sitting in Taoyuan (Taiwan), after spending two days in Chek Lap Kok (Hong Kong). I think they are having challenges getting things on planes to the rest of the world...

Of course I am not complaining too much - my original delivery date was mid-July, and even Apple is now saying June 27.

Your flight is probably Hong Kong > Dubai > Cologne and from there to Spain. Hong Kong airport is the world's busiest cargo airport and has been a bottleneck for several weeks. Your Max could be stuck there for 2-5 days. Once it leaves, you should get next day delivery in Spain, assuming that you don't live somewhere remote.

The UPS flight goes Hong Kong > Taiwan > Anchorage > Louisville. It then flies your computer to your local airport. The stop in Taiwan is normally only a few hours, presumably to pick up more cargo. If your computer is actually "sitting in Taiwan", that's very unusual.

UPS is in charge of delivery and Apple is just giving you a cautious, outside date when it says June 27th. Given that your computer is at Taiwan airport, I think that you'll receive it either tomorrow or Wednesday.

I would be thrilled if that happens. I am in Saskatchewan, so don't know why my shipment stopped in Taiwan. I just don't like the "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible..." - message from UPS.

Your computer is in Taiwan very temporarily. It's on its way to Anchorage and Louisville. There's a high probability that your computer will be in Louisville about 5 AM EDT tomorrow. I don't know what UPS's routing is from Louisville to Saskatchewan. A couple of weeks ago, a fellow in Montreal received his computer via Louisville > Mirabel the same day. Canada Customs, which undoubtedly knows how this is working, waved the shipment through. UPS gave him an update that referred to a broker, but there was no holdup at all at customs.
