The question is, does the UPS Worldwide Express Saver service level deliver on Saturdays? I'm not too sure about that.
It doesn't look like it does:

Exactly the same.
Was yours also apparently shipped on the 17th?

We’re in the same situation. Ordered a few minutes after the event, shipped on the 17th and no update.
If at least we could track our parcel from China, just like UPS.
I’m starting to doubt Apple. Already 1 week late, I understand the situation but it is frustrating.

I’m starting to think that it’s a problem with whatever carrier Apple uses to deliver the packages to the Netherlands. Deliveries to other countries seem to be faster. At least they don’t hang up in the air for 8 days…

It’s UPS I believe.

A UPS flight that was in Shenzhen yesterday (then bangkok-delhi-dubai) should land in Cologne (Koln) before 8pm. Let’s hope that’s the one. Otherwise, there’s no way we get our mac on monday.

It's normal that we don't get any updates until the package reaches The Netherlands. Normally this takes about 6 to 7 days, but under these special circumstances there are delays. Remember, there is a war and the Russian airspace is closed, so airplanes have to take alternate flight paths. Add to this the Covid situation in China...
I am in the same situation as you. No updates yet and apparently my Mac should get delivered on Monday, which is entirely possible. I also ordered a couple of minutes after the Apple Store went back online and had a delivery date originally of March 21-22. My Mac was preparing to ship and then its status changed back to processing with a target date of April 1-5. A couple of hours later the Mac apparently shipped with DHL with a target delivery date of March 28th...

I really don't know what UPS is doing. My Mac Studio cleared customs in Alaska this morning and they just sent me an email updating my delivery time to by 7pm today. I really want to know what crack they are smokin' because it must be the good stuff.

Yeah, same here. So far every single UPS estimate has been wrong. I'm assuming it isn't going to be today and that they don't or won't deliver over the weekend, so at this point, Monday is the best guess.

I get UPS packages every single day and unfortunately UPS does not update until end of the day after 8 pm. In fact, I have currently a package that is supposed to arrive today between 12:15 pm - 4:15 pm and the package hasn't even been picked up by UPS in Ontario, CA and I'm in Houston, Texas. The label was created on March 22nd.

BTW, I chatted with ERGOTRON this morning and they confirmed me that the package was picked up by UPS on March 22nd. This is not the first time I have a UPS package showing up in the system on delivery day with Origin Scam at my local UPS facility which is totally crazy.

Same. The only thing I can think of is that we missed a scan and we actually cleared customs in KY instead of AK. Otherwise, it makes zero sense.

I worry that my Mac Studio won't arrive today, despite the delivery date saying so. Last location was Anchorage that arrived on midnight, it would've said it was out for delivery by now.

I just noticed that the tracking and location history makes no logical sense. It says that my package was in Korea on March 25, even though it says its in United States on March 24.

It was in Korea at 10:00am on March 25th (at that time it was 5:00pm on March 24th in Alaska).

It arrived in Alaska at 11:45pm on March 24th.

It cleared customs (in Alaska?) at 9:59am on March 25th.

Did it clear customs on the 24th?
I thought this message implies it is going through customs:

"Your package is pending release from a non-UPS broker. Contact the non-UPS broker for additional information."

If so, then yes, it already cleared.

I've seen packages go through several clearance processes, in the case of your message, that might not be customs clearance but another type of clearance.

Well I guess I'm not getting it today. What a rollercoaster ride this is.

Yes, it should have said out for delivery. This is true for a lot of us. Theres no point in worrying any further; it isn't coming today.

Ooh I just received a notification that my Studio Display is arriving tomorrow. Apple still shows it at prepared for shipping. Looks like its already stateside in Tennessee and not being drop shipped from China.
Is there tracking information that shows the location of origin?

How did you get tracking information if it still shows Prepping to Ship?

My customs message says “Your package has cleared customs and is on the way.”
