I it's unacceptable when we spend so much money (in my case 3000€) on a product to NOT HAVE A SINGLE UPDATE on the order 9 days after it has "shipped"...Still no update. I’m starting to become furious (I know, I’m wrong). Shipped on the 17th, supposed to be delivered on Monday (there’s no way it happens) and absolutely no update from either dhl or apple.
That’s bs, they could provide us with info even though they use different carriers.
As I said previously, I’m supposed to send back my macbook pro (trade in) and I’ve lost 1 week already.
First time I buy a cto, and first time I find apple customer service to be horrible.
