I guess they can use the excuse of "it still fits" but the only honest thing to do would be to say that even though these would, they would have a loose fit. These were made from the prior gen body styles. They even try to allude that these were made for the new macbooks by posting up that inaccurate banner. They also removed from the main page the "Cases for the New MacBook Pro will be coming" message.

With these pics is difficult to imagine the fit of the case when is closes...thanks anyway. However could you share your thoughts and take a pic of the case closed with the mac inside trying too show "how much case" is surplus? Really thanks again! Depending of the pics, I'll order the case!:)

If you have the 13" MBP with touchbar, you might want to check out the Inateck Surface Pro sleeve. I just received mine and it fits perfectly (for my taste).

I have an Inateck iPad sleeve and love it, so I decided to see what they had in terms of MacBook pro sleeves. First I tried this one that lists compatibility for the 2016 MBP, but it was way too big and floppy. I think they're doing what a lot of companies are doing and just relabeling their old sleeves as also being compatible with the new laptops.

Then I looked more closely at the measurements for each of their sleeves, and the Surface Pro sleeve almost perfectly matched the dimensions listed on the Apple store for my laptop. Since these are so inexpensive I decided to give it a try. It's great! I'm not a huge fan of the velcro, but this will offer style and protection that I'm very happy with until someone makes something truly perfect. You also get a nice little extra bag that will hold the power brick. Not bad for just $18!

I'll second this. Have tried three sleeves so far and this is definitely my favorite. It will work until Incase releases the appropriate sleeves for the new computers!

Cool, might get that one. I like the Harber London stuff, but seems like so much money for a sleeve :/. Just to confirm, you got the 11.6" version and it's a good fit right? Because I have an 11 inch sleeve at home for the macbook air and that is def too small.

I havent been able to take pictures of my Incase sleeve, but its made to fit the old generation of retina MacBooks, so the new one does have some extra space in it.

I think Mosiso had problems with defective units. I've returned mine and received an iBlason case yesterday which fits like a glove. I like that it offers some rear protection, not a lot but better than none.

Looks gorgeous! What's the name of that specific model? Also, does the sleeve stay open with the MBP inside like you shown on the 1st picture or did you do that on purpose for the photo?

Anyone have problems with Pack and Smooch shipping to the US? I ordered mine and it shipped 11/29, but neither the Deutchepost nor the USPS tracking number says it's left Germany yet, and I'm past the 15 business days of shipping.

Same here. I have contacted them several times and they assure me it has left Germany, but no update on USPS. They have not received it. It should have arrived by now.

I will try to contact one last time.
