That would have been nice…but it was not an option.

Option 1 was Pickup and delivery and was the previously mentioned £40

Option 2 was ship it yourself

I emailed them a few days ago about returning this, and never got a response. Today I found the online return options.
But that’s not a “regular” return because you simply don’t like it…
They send you the wrong product! That’s not what was advertised and what you agreed to pay for! (or did you by accident click the wrong size?)
Definitely contact them!

Super nice sleeve, just need my mac now says it cleared import should arrive thursday

I definitely did not pick the wrong size, and I've been trying to contact them. They just haven’t replied. Also…when filling out the online return form, you select your reason for return. I selected “wrong size was received” from their choices. And those are the options I was given.

If you're in Europe, and/or enjoy a more "design-y", lighthearted sleeve, then I would recommend Wouf (Wouf laptop sleeves), at least for the 14" laptops.

I just tried a 13" sleeve with my 14" MBP in a store today, and it fit like a glove. Ended up buying it for myself :)

Just ordered one of these for my 16" M1

I'll post some impressions once I get it.
I look forward to your review, which according to the site, will be as late as 2022.

The TomToc Shoulder bag is pretty great if your looking for something small/light/versatile with space for some accessories. Fits the 2021 14” MBP perfectly, though it wasn’t
designed for it specifically.

Overall soft, compact, can be carried vertically or horizontally with either handle or the moveable/removable shoulder strap.

People complain about the logo, if you get the black version it’s black on black so it catches light but mostly blends in.

I also ordered one of these. I had this exact case on my 2015 MBP and it was great so I'm hoping it's the same quality and I'll be very happy!

The sleeve case from WaterField design is really good, been using them for my last MacBook and the materials used is top notch.
I just returned the Dash Sleeve for my 14" Pro in Vertical format after spending less than a few minutes with it, it was super tight and not fitting for it, plus they removed my favorite fabric now (wool) and only do that Forza hard synthetic material blue and other colors.

I have the Dash for my Air 13" and Pro and it is a much better fit, plus the nicer blue wool fabric. Too bad because I really liked WF designs till now and felt there was nothing like it for it. When I wrote to them the reason why I intended to return, they didn't seem too bothered and told me to send it back for refund minus shipping. This would have been my third WF sleeve but maybe I should consider looking elsewhere in the future for some other alternatives.

updating my own story here…

I finally heard back Harber London. I had tried emailing them at their listed support address a number of days ago, and got no response.
Yesterday I filled out their online contact form and they responded to that this morning. They said they would collect the bag for free and wanted to know the dimensions…which were 13.5” wide x 9.5” tall.

I’m going to try the Bellroy sleeve for my 16”, and if that doesn’t work I’m going to try the Native Union one.
Make sure you keep whatever mesh bag the sleeve itself comes packaged in. They (Bellroy) just denied my return request because I threw their packaging bag away for my iPad mini sleeve. Kind of ridiculous IMO.

I have bought this as well.

Today it has arrived. BUT I read reviews on Amazon and few people with 1 star rating wrote that the inside bubble can scratch macbook or make circuit prints on the macbook alluminium.
So I do not know if to return ir. The fiber is soft inside but it is from recycled PET botles so It worries me and I am afraid to insert there M1Max.
Anyone has some experience?

That's a bummer to hear (about the product and attitude).
Was it tight to the point where you had trouble actually taking out the laptop?

It shocks me that they didn't care. When I initiated a return they asked specifically what I would change about the product and apologized that it didn't meet my needs. Sorry to hear you got that attitude. Might be someone newer over there, their founder (who sometimes answers the customer service email) definitely would've cared.

Just ordered one of these shells:

Considering this case too:

That sounds a lot more like my experience from last year. Please keep us informed.
