Just received my outback duo bag from Waterfield and I am ecstatic ! The 14” and my iPad Pro fit in it PERFECTLY. The quality and hardware are outstanding. If you carry 2 devices like I do, there simply is no better bag. I have tried a bunch and this is a keeper. Outside pocket holds my charger, magic kB and mouse as well as wires and a couple of other accessories. The inside has a middle compartment for paperwork and I threw a notebook in there. The weight of the bag is negligible and the strap is well padded. Can‘t say enough how great this bag is! Bought mine in the compact size as I have the 14”. They also carry a full size which accommodates the 16”.

I also bought the neoprene sleeve and it too is a perfect fit. I am set!!!

My new transparent keyboard cover arrived from Amazon today. It perfectly fits the new 2021 MPBs. As with any keyboard cover there is that initial learning curve, but this one is very thin and doesn't slide around or stick to my fingers. I was using a Moshi one on my old 2013 MBP, and this is significantly thinner than that.

I had an acme made skinny sleeve for my M1 13 inch and it fit perfectly but it’s too small for the 14 inch I now have. Their “medium” size, which I just received tonight fits great!

Do you have to remove it when you close it? Last protector I used left mild impressions on the screen, making me nervous about ever using them again.

Don’t suppose you could show us some pictures of your MacBook in the Neo sleeve please? ?

I got my Harber sleeve yesterday and its a really nice fit and good quality. Just what I was looking-for... something which will give it protection from scratches and the like if I put it in to an overnight bag.

Thanks for reporting back to us…!

I plan on buying one as well… but still I hope for a Black Friday deal…
(I hope for a Black Friday deal for pretty much everything I need to buy for my new Mac actually…?)

If you're in Europe, and/or enjoy a more "design-y", lighthearted sleeve, then I would recommend Wouf (Wouf laptop sleeves), at least for the 14" laptops.

I just tried a 13" sleeve with my 14" MBP in a store today, and it fit like a glove. Ended up buying it for myself :)
This is good news - I checked the measurements and ordered one last week for my 14in MBP - it arrives Tuesday and I'm looking forward to having it in hand. Post a photo?

This is probably a niche request, but are there any shell cases with padding on the inside? I took the Incase off my old rMBP for the trade in and the scratches from dust and dirt inside the shell was pretty bad (though I have completely given up on OCD maintenance on my old Mac in the last few years, I was going to replace it in 2018 but house buying intervened).

This might be a dumb question but do you close your MBP with this keyboard overlay? or do you remove it first?

For those in the Uk, i bought this:

Pros are that it fits perfectly. However, this is my first ever keyboard cover, and it makes typing impossible. The typing is now really stiff i end up hitting the keys harder to get them to register. So not sure i want to keep it.

Any photos? I accidentally bought the small size and found out that it doesn't fit :(

How thick is it? Looks pretty slim from your photos. I’m looking for a form-fitting, thin as possible, non-leather sleeve for my 14”. This is the only one I’ve found that may fit the bill.

This is nice and all for those that don't have AppleCare+ but in seriousness I won't be installing this for the center of the MBP gets hot and I'd like for the heat to dissipate naturally without blockage.

plus I don't drink or eat near my mbp.

It's very slim and compact. Fits like a glove. No real wiggle room but just the small flap on the top.
