When I download from the Patcher tools menu, is this coming from Apple?

Open the Patcher app and at the top of the Mac screen it says tools.

Hi guys first update came. How to update our unsupported mac? can we update with direct from Software Update in the Preferences or should we use Patch Updater inside of the Utilities Folder?

Ps: Software update didnt find any update by the way :(

If you click on the mojave install from app store... your system updater will search for a minute and find the OTA UPDATE for 10.14.1

I dont know if it is safe to do this yet..

This is the Patch update. the tool menu is in the mojave patch. The reply was not for you but for jack ryan who want to install mojave 10.14.0 or at least this is what i understood. if you wanna update to 10.14.1 official i suggest that you wait.

Sorry my mistake, i thought you wanted to update to 10.14.0, i don t know for any dummie way to install 10.14.1. i suggest to wait maybe for a new patch.

@dosdude1 saying you can install update from Software Update in the Preferences if you are update doesn't show in System Preferences you must download or re-install Software Update Patch from Patch Updater app which mines it doesn't show and I will try that now then back to you guys is it working or not?

Edit: I test it @dosdude1 method but it didnt work I updated my Software Update Patch but still doesnt find any update on the Software Update in the System Preferences.

I will try now @Adamcarter1 method I will update post after I tried.

Edit2: @Adamcarter1 method worked. I start to install update files but it show 6GB is it correct size for update?

I haven’t installed it myself. I just know the ota update shows up. Install at your own risk.
