Created a new user, installed Cisco AnyConnect under that new user (which had admin rights) then deleted the new user again (after logging out and back in to my main user, of course).

AnyConnect now working perfectly.

I probably only needed the new user due to a failure to get it to install and work with the first beta; anyone installing for the first time might have no issues.

Someone above was having an issue with another app not asking for permissions in the Security are of System Settings. That's an issue I also had; try the new-admin-user approach.

Microsoft Remote Desktop worked under Beta 1, under Beta 2 it crashes. Happens every time I hang up a Skype call on the remotecomputer.
Same under Beta 3. It happen on Teams and Skype calls every time.

Has anyone gotten AirParrot 3.1.4 to work in Ventura Beta 3?
I have this version of AirParrot installed and it is working for me. Are you able to launch the app at all?

Also, not quite sure if it's been mentioned specifically, but for most (all?) Rogue Amoeba apps, you can try holding 'Option' when launching the app and you should see some debugging options, along with an option to enable to Test Builds. They've got some info on their site about how to do this, but so far I'm not getting any updates for SoundSource, which is what I'm hoping for...

PSS .. It also looks like the MacUpdater app shows if Test Builds/Beta Updates are available if you have that respective app's beta updates installed, as opposed to only showing if official releases are out. Can be handy if, like me, I have the Test Builds for SoundSource enabled and can't yet use the app.. When there's an update for Venture, in theory, MacUpdater should alert me of said update and then hopefully it works. Boom, Bob's your Uncle.

Hi. No I have not gotten it to launch the app at all. Any Ideas? It worked great in macOS 12.

It would definitely depend on what else you might have installed. I’ve had to tic some options for allowing Full Disk access and accessibility in settings after updating to macOS 13, but didn’t have to change a thing to get AirParrot to open. Maybe try using TrashMe or AppCleaner or something to remove it, and then look for any additional access prompts when reinstalling?

Or what about trying to just right click and Open from the Applications folder? Instead of just from the dock or Launchpad?

I have tried to remove the app using CleamMyMac X. When I reinstall the app I get a screen asking to buy, or try the app. So I press the try your app and then nothing. The screen disappears and nothing. If I go to force quit, it doesn’t show up which means it has quit. I then usually go to the applications folder and click on the app but no deal. Doesn’t even launch. In Settings AirParrot is selected for full disk access.

Ilok on beta 3 has to be reinstalled after every reboot, or I get this below. After each reinstall it works. No idea what's going on between reboots.

Software Component Unavailable.
A background component required for iLok License Manager seems to be unavailable. If rebooting does not fix this issue, please visit iLok.com to download and run the latest License Support installer.

Sorry, honestly not sure at that point
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Correct. I can’t get it to install for me. It isnt there to accept in the Privacy & Security section.
No but I recall there is a whole procedure of sorts. I'd start from scratch and look on their website for some install tips.

This, https://help.obdev.at/littlesnitch5/ref-uninstall, is what I did prior to installing the highly build on macOS 13. I did all of the steps including verification of uninstall to be certain. Once completed I installed the nightly build and everything has been fine.

at.obdev.littlesnitch.networkextension (5.4.2 nightly (6260)/6260) Little Snitch Network Extension [activated waiting for user]

is there a way to activate through Terminal?

Calendar will not show Outlook calendar events in Beta 3. If I go into Recovery and do a re-install, for some reason, it re-installs Beta 2, which does show Outlook calendars in Mac Calendar....

Not that I know of.
I have found Objective Development to be very helpful and responsive. I suggest sending them a support request.

they weren't helpful at all. I ended up reformatting, installing Monterey again, and re-installing everything this time, including homebrew and everything I used to install, then installed the nightly new version before upgrading. it works now.
