(likely GitHub is not completely up to date with all links)
Can't pass that off as if Github is to blame. For most of us, unlike you with your insider knowledge, that Github site is the official OCLP site, so until it is updated, the official release is 1.2.0. Also the page you posted doesn't have assets, just source code, so it looks like a page being setup but not complete. Minor point indeed. But that original post about 1.2.1 being released didn't have a link to that new version, and neither does your post. I am not the only one who uses OCLP but do not have my old machine setup to build from the source code. Without assets, a link to a binary, people without a source code building environment are not able to get that release from the page you linked to.
In the end, it is not a big deal, we will just wait until the github page is refreshed.
What is important is the dev(s) are amazing programmers, and OCLP is a real gem!

Sonoma 14.2 Beta 2 (yes!) now out. Build 23C5041e. Not installed yet.
Sonoma 14.2 Beta 2 working very fine after a smooth OTA update process in my MacPro 4,1>5,1.
New Root Patch From OCLP 1.2.0

I had noticed yesterday that the auto update function after I updated my Mac mini 4,1 to Sonoma 14.1.1 didn't work...looks like that's fixed now.

Same here on my iMac 13,2 coming from 14.2 beta 1 to beta 2 using full installer.
Will try loading 14.1.1 from OCLP created USB and stick with that until 14.2 is released.

OCLP usb installer still links to 14.2 beta 1 so if you create that can just install over the top and back where you started on beta 1 if easier for you.

Update: now links to beta 2 no longer a option.

simply register for Dortania's official update notifications and you'll get same immediate e-mail like "the insiders"...no rocket science...

Thanks, hadn’t noticed that option, saved me a load of time. Back on 14.2 beta 1 with OCLP 1.2.1N

Against my better judgement and long-held policy of not mixing macOS betas with unsupported Mac hardware, I decided to take a chance and install Sonoma 14.2 beta 1 on a rMBP10,1 2012

Several hours of stalled progress bars and boot loops later, followed by a clean install and here I am, back on Sonoma 14.1 + OCLP 1.2.1. Don't say I didn't warn ya! 😇

I pretty much don't do anything until Mr. Macintosh says it's safe. 😅

Anyone else getting a corrupted open core patcher app after installing the root patches. This happened when I updated to 14.1.1. Then I just upgraded to 1.2.1 OCLP and reran the patches and efi just for grins and on reboot oclp was again corrupted. The app in the application support folder showed as zero bytes. ???

Same happen to my MM7,1 with latest nightly.
Same here with my iMac 13.2 (loops). I think it's better to keep away from latest nightly (bêta 14.2 (23C5041e). Also bad bug with the widgets (unable to re-arrange them or to add a new one, on an officially support M1 Mac)
