Thanks a lot, i rely on it a lot!
I am facing another issue with Airplay, I have an ATV3 connected via HDMI to a LED TV, after installing DB 7, after connecting my MacBook to the Apple TV, trying to switch to the internal sound output automatically disconnect but, in the menu bar the screen icon is still blue, I have to manually turn off Airplay, At first I thought it was because of Boom 3D, I quit the app, but still happening.
I Will Try to debug it again today before I decide to report it to apple.
Ahhh fantastic!
it is showing, just the first column is ridiculously long, extend your window to full screen or something and you will see the other columns
or just scroll towards the right
Ah fantastic. I didnt even notice that!!!

On my end I have to resize the column everytime I start the App

Well, this latest update is weird for me.. "Desktop and Documents Folders" won't turn on in iCloud settings. I can tick it, then leave the settings, go back and it's unticked again. :/ Having trouble getting the documents folder to reappear.

Also my main drive has no icon? It looks like a blank miscellaneous page.. Odd.

Did you find any solution ?
I got the same tick issue and it's really annoying.. I tried to install beta 7 again and still got the problem

I did is fresh install of the whole MacOS and then the tick no longer sweet away but the files still does not download from the cloud to the Mac - it seems top get stuck after a number of MBs. I now cannot access my iCloud docs etc on my Mac. Really frustrating ! I am thus also stuck waiting for the next beta hoping it will fix it.

Same thing here. Root level of iCloud Drive on my iPhone X and iPad Pro 10.5 show 30 items. They are both running iOS 13.1 beta 1. This rMBP running Catalina DP7 shows only 19 items. Both iOS devices have a "Recovered Files" folder under locations that have almost the same items. macOS has a "Relocated Items" folder on the Mac under my profile that contains 24 items.

No solution here. Though I can access my files under iCloud in the sidebar, its just dumb having a local Documents and Desktop folder as well as a cloud syncing copy that isn't linked to correctly?

At least i know not to try reinstalling it for now, glad for people commenting.

Here's a sledgehammer approach:

Quit the Mac App Store App and in terminal

open $TMPDIR../C/com.apple.appstore/

open ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore/

open ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstoreagent/

Delete the contents of all the folders.

Open the Activity Monitor and set its view to All Processes. Type in store to search for App Store related processes, and force-quit all of these daemon processes:
  • storeuid
  • Appstoreagent
  • storedownloadd - Handles downloads of apps found in the App Store.
  • storeinstalld - Covers app installation and their updates.
  • storeassetd - Handles all the resources and language files of the App Store.
  • storeaccountd - In charge of authentication, and acts as a bridge with your Apple ID account.

In terminal:

open ~/Library/Preferences

Here, delete the following files:
  • com.apple.appstored.plist
  • com.apple.storeagent.plist
  • com.apple.preferences.softwareupdate.plist

open ~/Library/Cookies

Delete this file:
  • com.apple.appstore.binarycookies

Choose Apple Menu > Restart.

Open App Store, log back in. Your problems should be gone.
[doublepost=1567481798][/doublepost]I have had the same problems. I couldn't update apps, I couldn't login to the App Store. I tried logging out of iCloud and restarted then try to login to App store still no luck. I tried following the above and deleting App store files. Still no luck. the one suggestion was logging out of Music and logging back in. But I did not have a Music account. So I open Munis and logged in. Then back to App Store and downloaded an app, but this time it worked.

I'm having issues with streaming video from several sites but it is intermittent (for most). Streaming from Hulu and after about 20 minutes of watching a movie the video will stop, the audio speaker icon in the title bar turns grey and after 15 seconds comes back to life. It sort of looks like the audio system resets. If I had the volume at 100% when the "reset" happens, it comes back to 50%. Hulu recovers by buffering and reloading the movie, other sites aren't so user friendly and require me to close and reopen my browser. I've tried this using Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. Problem is the same in each of them.

Hate to be that guy, but is this Beta stable? Not a work computer but my main home computer.

I’d strongly recommend waiting if you use iCloud Drive, too many people have been having weird issues.

Other than that it seems solid.

Okay, on latest beta, 15" MBP Touch ID doesn't work, a lot of iCloud Drive doesn't work, bunch of apps are blank at launch. Seems like it's worse than the first beta? everyone else having these issues?

It's actually quite solid for me, but I have an older MBP.

I was able to capture this as it happened tonight. It appears to affect the coreaudio system and NOT just when streaming (the same issue happens while Spotify is running, as well).

The column sizing is wrong (really, really, really wide). Scroll horizontally until you see the edge of the column header, and then with a combination of scrolling and dragging you can bring it back to a reasonable size. However, it seems to occasionally reset itself to a bad size...

Copying personal media from the TV app to an iOS device is still a pain!

Try to copy more than 1 thing at once and it only copies 1 over.

im having an issue with Safari on the latest beta 8. when typing safari locks up and i have to force quit and restart to get it to work again. then it will start doing it after some time and i have to do the same.

do you mean freezing when you open a new tab and try to type in the search bar?
