Still working after upgrading to Beta 2:

Visual Studio Code 1.57.1
GitHub Desktop 2.9.0
Sublime Text build 4107
Firefox Developer Edition 90.0b12 (which seems to behave better than Safari at the moment)

Reunion 13.0 (build 210616)
Pixelmator Pro 2.1.1 Coral

1Password 7.8.6
Dropbox 125.4.3474
Drobo Dashboard 3.5.2 [115659]

On other notes:

Music 1.2.0.130 also seems like a step in the right direction. (I've had lots of issues with Music on Big Sur, one of the main reasons why I uprgraded to the beta track of Monterey, in the first place, to see if that would help.) There are fewer issues now (or at least less often), but there's a new issue with Airplay 2, all though some of that could be an issue with my Bluesound Powernode amp, and not a problem with Music, per se.

One thing that I noticed when I was about to upgrade from Beta 1 to Beta 2 was that Time Machine seems to have stopped updating. It starts ut, does some work, and some cleaning up, but the last (completed) backup was done on June 11th. Anyone else had issues with Time Machine? Edit: Now with Beta 2, it seems Time Machine has started working, again. :)

Thanks, @fisherking. v. 6.8.9 was working with beta 1. I downloaded v. 7.8.6 from 1password.com and it never gave me the opportunity to purchase the standalone version.

According to a 1password reddit AMA from two weeks ago, 1password is no longer selling standalone licenses.
yikes, sorry. am assuming i'm 'grandfathered' in, running v 7 now. not a fan of the subscription model.

you could, perhaps, sign up for a sub, export out all your data (to a csv file, for example), then end the subscription, and find another app (i do like 1password's system a lot, tho).

am amazed that almost all my apps (& plugins) are working (so far). but Boom 2 is cranky. i uninstalled/reinstalled (& rebooted) but it stops working (& everything is silent).

boom2: no. just uninstalled....

FWIW: updated to boom 3, and it's been fine (so far).

I did find that my installation of Monterey was very slow, especially after the Beta 2 update.
However, I just left it overnight to count all its digital fingers and toes, and it seems to have gotten over it this morning.

Torguard VPN desktop app is not working.

UPDATE 07/03/21: Torguard released an update and the desktop app now works with macOS Monterey 12.0 Beta (21A5268h).

Tempted by the public beta - can someone test Scrivener for me? It's not listed in the Wiki yet.

DDWRT Control Panel works in macOS Monterey. However, I've only tested DD-WRT v3.0-r44048 std (08/02/20). Most likely any newer version of DDWRT will have Control Panel issues in macOS Monterey.

new to me... i installed the public beta yesterday, got this on reboot today; it does disable some features, so not sure otherwise.
I think that is the Bartender beta which came out very soon after the first Monterey beta. It does disable some features, but that includes nearly everything that make Bartender useful!
The positive is that it shows Ben Surtees is, as always, quick to see issues and (by past experience) will have fixes soon.

i really only use bartender to hide some apps in the menubar; that functionality still works. but ben is, as you pointed out, on top of things, and there should be updates coming.

I have added to the front page:
DaisyDisk working, though it is now in both working and not-working sections,
HoudahSpot working with the caveat that the Mail plugin doesn't work,
Yoink working.
