Your thinking of a restore image - the full installer can be run on-device.

Something is wrong with it this time, but they didn't pull it. Maybe it's working on Intel Macs and Apple Silicon with Rosetta completely removed or not even installed.

Safari sometime is unusable for me, with Private Relay turned on. At the moment I wasn't even able to open an article on the MacRumors front page while Firefox has no problem at all. I turned off Private Relay now an everything is fine.

Some people say glass has been toned down. This might be true in iOS and iPadOS, but in macOS, it doesn't look that different to me. Maybe a little different.

A tip for those who hate Finder floating buttons (I am of mixed opinion) - if you enable labels underneath the buttons, you get somewhat of a background.

I also don't know why is the menu bar black now if you enable "show menu background"

It seems everything is snappier now, Finder, Dock, Menu Bar elements and App menus etc., maybe just a feeling.

My mistake, I forgot you _can_ install from the pkg once you install the app. It's broken, though, as others have said. Apparently the long delay for the update appearing in Software Update is a bug, as well, as a few people I spoke to said it never appeared for them.

My M4 Pro Mini is finally not slightly warm again. It was almost hot in the first two betas.

The Spotlight bug to exclude locations is still there. It just shows a blank window when you choose one and System Settings has to be forced quit. But it's working via Terminal commands.

Am I the only one with an M4 it's still not visible for update from Dev B2? I'm seeing more that have it here and other places.

It doesn't show up when Rosetta is installed. You can uninstall it completely or just put the main folders into Trash. Then the update appears and after the update you can put the folders back and reboot for Rosetta to work again.
