That level of math might be too difficult for some around here.
This is true, I'm willing to take the risk however.
Lets see. 4+0 = 40, then you add the two 1s to get, um 11. But there are two of them so double it to 22. Add the 40+22 to get 62. But, since the two 2s (in 22) add up to the 4 (in 40) you have to reverse 62 to get 26, then subtract the second 2 (from the 22) to get 24.
So there.... 24!

Seems you're not from London, Ontario.... but from that other one....
A small Canadian coffee/doughnut shop (Tim Hortons) cooks and then sells the the "hole" that comes out of the middle of doughnut, and calls them Timbits. It's this attention to cost control that is allowing them to succeed in a tough market. Usually that plug of dough is just thrown away by their competitors, or sometimes donated to a food bank where they combine all of those plugs of dough and bake fresh bread. Really.

Thanks, nah it's actually a temple complex on a mountain here in my town...Engyo-ji on Mt. Shosha, which is actually where the Last Samurai was filmed. Absolutely stunning complex way up on a mountain, you need to take a cable car to access it and then hike up the mountain along old paths laden with statues and stone lanterns...very special place.
Which is not necessarily a bad thing.
