Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro Order Status

Adding my story here! Ordered 4/15/20 at 3:15 Eastern Time. I live in NJ. I was initially quoted for the 4/24-5/1 delivery window. These are screenshots of the email from Apple with shipping info and the UPS website latest updates. Apparently it should have been here yesterday!

Congrats from a neighbor! (PA here lol) I was quoted for 4/24-5/1 and I have nothing from Apple. Today I chose to give up and just order from Best Buy who is promising next day shipping. Maybe Apple will eventually get here.

Maybe our 11 MKBs are together - I'm in VA and ordered one hour after you. Apple's site says delivery by tomorrow....so I'm really hoping it starts moving in UPS soon :)

Yep. You are not alone. I actually have 2 separate MK orders. One is sitting at PTS with a label created in UPS tracking. The other is just PTS and nothing in UPS or FedEx. Credit card has been charged for all of it a few days ago.

I suspect things are moving along.
 
Just delivered! This thing is absolutely fantastic and I can say it was worth the wait. The weight is actually I think a plus for me. I like how stable it is when I type. That was something I was concerned about with the floating design but it doesn’t wobble even a little bit and I’m a fairly fast typist (120wpm). So I’m incredibly pleased.

Ordered from Apple 4-15 and stuck in PTS.
Ordered from BB last night and already picked up for delivery tomorrow.
Guess will order from BB in the future.

This was actually one of the more surprising experience I have had with ordering from Apple. It was an hour or so after launch time, I was in the second window and instead I got it 2 days after the first window got theirs. All in all I had a better experience this time than most times I have done preorders.

That being said, I don’t know why it is so random across the board this time. I would hazard a guess at the world being a really confusing place right now. But *shrug*

You and I are in the same boat. Hopefully both keyboards get moving today. I don’t think I’ve ever had an Apple order stay in PTS for this long.

Fellow NJ resident here. I had originally ordered my MK from apple and it wasn't moving so I ordered from Verizon and had it next day. However I do have an iPad Pro order to go with the MK from Apple. They quoted me next day shipping when ordering by 5:30pm on the 18th and my iPad order is still processing. No movement at all, quoted 4/24-4/28. I contacted them and they really had nothing to say, I see they took down the next day shipping on ipads if ordered by 5:30p. I'm understanding on the situation, just don't get why they put those promotions out if they can't fulfill the promise.

So frustrating I ordered before you, still don't have it and it hasn't left TN lol. I don't get these fulfillment practices.

I had a UPS tracking number at 10:18 pm US CDT (3:18 am GMT) on 4/21/20.

Bummer. I’m sorry to hear that.
 
I ordered my 12.9 Magic Keyboard from Best Buy a couple of days ago and it just arrived. The shipping dates were showing mid May on Apple so I was surprised it was available so soon from Best Buy.
