I dont know if the wallet creates a ring but a few guys on reddit have reported that the wallet marks the case.

The Spigen MagFit is interesting as it doesn't look at if the phone touches the aluminium ring

Do you have the link for the Reddit thread where they talk about the wallet marking the case?

So...I have the official Apple Silicone iPhone 12 Pro case and the official Apple MagSafe charger and the charger leaves a mark on the case. I think I’ll be returning both for a refund (MagSafe) and replacement (case). It seems Apple admit that MagSafe causes this (cosmetic) damage? Astonishing

I guess that’s expected where magnets are pressing against a soft case. Could you share a photo?

Just made these to help protect the naked phone users, should also help with the charger discoloration, can get them at Grfxp.com if interested

So my Spigen MagFit arrived today. Fitted my MagSafe charger to it and now charging my 12 Pro.
Because the lip of the MagFit is raised, the pressure of the phone case resting on the charger will be reduced and so I am wondering that will eliminate or reduce the risk of the case becoming marked.
