Picked up the Turquoise band on the weekend as an extra to the SS 42mm Product Red watch I also picked up....

Interesting thing is that on the smurfs iPod inventory checker it comes up as Glacier White!....he was confused and initially stated they didn't have any Turquoise in stock and look bemused when he saw the Glacier White listed as we both knew that it's not listed on the Apple Store...wasn't until another smurf brought it from back that we realized it was the Turquoise.

Love the color! ( this is in an Australian Apple store)

I bought the red sport band yesterday and was surprised to be asked what colour my watch was; the woman in the shop said there were different pin colours to match the different cases. My watch is the silver aluminium one anyway but I'd been under the impression the pins were all silver (apart from the black option in the black sport band)?

Interesting! I'd heard a rumor (someone in the forums said an Apple Store employee mentioned they'd be getting multiple pin colors), but hadn't heard any corroboration yet.

I'll be so pissed if it turns out the (RED) band could be had with a SG pin.

i can't believe my new color sport bands haven't shipped yet! the first day of the delivery window was today! you used to always be able to count on getting your apple orders on the FIRST day of the window or sooner.... but I guess with "new apple" that isn't the case anymore.....

My midnight blue that had a 3-4 week delivery window was delivered 5 days after ordering. It was at my house 1 day after leaving China via UPS. All 3 colors I ordered (red, orange, midnight) were received in a week or less.

midnight blue, fog and orange were at 1-2 weeks shipping when I ordered them with 21-28 delivery window..... and they just sit there processing! I keep checking but they don't change to preparing for shipment!

(pink had 5-6 weeks and also is processing but I expected that!)

There must be demand for the midnight blue sport bands as - just like an earlier poster in this thread - someone bought out ALL of them over the weekend.

They did get a few red ones in, I don't believe they have anything else (whether it's already sold out or they didn't get them yet I'm not sure).

Gotta say having seen it, not a fan. I would've liked it more like the blue from the Leather Loop. It's also the finish. Maybe because it was under lights and a pane of glass...

Ah, but blue like the just-retired bright blue leather loop? Or like the just-released midnight blue leather loop?

I saw the midnight blue sports band under similar conditions (Apple's glass and lights), and thought it quite pretty, but I'm not convinced it'll go too well with the space gray sport (black and blue is always tricky), so I held off.

On the other hand, the red sports band will be arriving in a couple days, and the turquoise one arrived today (capsule review, I like it, but the color could stand to be a touch more saturated for my taste; still, it will fill the white-ish-band role for me, winning out over white, stone, fog, antique white, lavender, and vintage rose - lavender is lovely in theory, but also needs a bit more saturation in practice, and vintage rose is lovely in isolation, but I'm concerned it'd look kinda fleshy when worn).

Are you confusing the Sport Band for the Leather Loop? I didn't know the Leather Loops were changed, but I wouldn't call the original bright blue.

I will pick up a few of the new sports bands on Friday when I go for my reservation to pick up my iPhone 6S plus. I think I'll get the midnight blue and the stone bands. I also want to have a look at the brown classic buckle. I may get one of those or the brown modern buckle.

As a heads up to anyone in the NYC area, I noticed yesterday that both Apple Grand Central and Apple 59th Street have a lot of the new band colors for sale on display now (orange and red stood out). I was able to get the Midnight Blue (42mm) at the 59th Street location, and they had about 5 more left.

Nope, not confusing the bands, and yes, the name (at least) of the blue leather loop changed - not sure how much the color itself changed; will have to wear my "bright" blue leather loop to the Apple Store sometime soon to compare.

When I look at Apple's promo shots of the old bright blue loop and new midnight blue loop, the new one looks less saturated and less purple.

My walnut band comes in today. Haven't seen that one yet. Will post some pics if anyone wants to see it.

I would as I still can't decide on a brown leather band and wondering if a walnut color will look good for a brown casual look. Thanks

is it just me or does anyone think the product red band isn't a proper red? It's too orangy. I've had it for a few days and am not too happy with the color.

I saw them both up close and in person and had a difficult time distinguishing between the two.
